spiritbox has definitely defined their own “spiritbox sound” but I don’t think they’ve ever had a normal sound cause all of their stuff is so different from each other. it’s one of the reasons why I love them so much!
Depends on what you like. If you want to hear something similar "Rule of Nines", "Circle With Me", "Hurt You", "Beauty of Suffering", something heavier "Holy Roller" or "Belcarra", something softer and sadder "Constance", something more progressive "The Mara Effect live at Silversound". All good choices.
The guy who did the video is a close friend of the band, and has won many awards for his videos he’s done for Spiritbox. He’s also done a video for Senses Fail, and filmed a short horror film for a friend called The Druid’s Hand. He also has a short film of his own coming out soon that focuses on the “emo” music scene.
I hope you do more Spiritbox and Jinjer reactions they are my favorites. Some Spiritbox songs: Holy Roller, Hurt You, Circle with Me, Sun Killer just to name a few. i love the way they do the breakdown live. they drag it out for like, three times as long with these super huge boom sounds to build tension. crowd goes absolutely WILD i know you like ERRA a lot, so if you want to check out a song by spiritbox that is somewhat similar to them, check out "trust fall". it's one of their most underappreciated songs, and it sounds very similar to ERRA's "vanish canvas". if you want something more progressive, then "the mara effect live at silverside sound" is probably the best one for that. "electric cross" is another rather progressive song with weird time sigs and a really cool groove. if you want my personal favourite song from their album "eternal blue", you should totally check out "halcyon". you won't be disappointed
