I sell both, when it comes to return rate purple is the highest. 90% of my guest say back pain is triggered when sleeping on a purple. I've sold 7 purples this year and 5 were returned. I've probably sold 40 to 50 tempur pedic beds and none have maybe 1 exchange for different feel
Purple wasn’t for me, returned that too and upgraded to tempurpedic. Also had back pain come back after a couple months of sleeping on purple. was great at first but pain came back so had to switch
Tempur pedic sucks but you have to get the proper one. I tried alot and my back was not able to adjust. I even had to step on the bed for some reaosn they said and nothing helped. It was way to firm . The other one was way too soft never found a middle ground purple is amazing because you lay on it and can move easily but will sink on side and its firm on belly
