Talk about saving money... i moved back to West Central Florida in 2016 and bought a move in ready 1984 , freshly painted inside, nrew carpet and flooring for 4,000 in a over 55 park. The park acquired it and wanted to get rid of it and i was there at the right time. Lot rent was 360 in 2016 but its only 435 now. I did clean up under it this last summer and the floors look like new . And im sealing the roof in about 3 hours myself. The realtor said i could probably get 28 for it today. Great investment. Im not going anywhere.

i was thinking of strapping down my roof by using fire hose type material over the roof tied down to the ground. Why because my place is in florida park. My place is in a park where many roofs were peeled back by storms What does MR> Drew think. What about cool paint on the wall . My south wall gets a lot of sun.

he scraled the roof with a scraper to get the old seal off so you recommend pressure washing instead??

Lol….I wondered about the old stuff….it needs to be removed before putting new coating on the roof each time? Lol…🤦‍♀️ I swear it’s cost me more money and time redoing all the stuff my dad has repaired on my mobile home cuz he did the work like this place is a regular style home and it ended up being worse then the original…and idk enough to know what’s being done won’t work lol…I keep telling him it’s a mobile home not a regular home and things are built differently for a reason…I’ve even shown him ur videos …he’s starting to figure it out but this whole idea that the older generations have that women are stupid and not to listen to them is so frustrating cuz guess who has to fix the eff ups from not listening to the stupid woman!? Me! It’s bad when other people are even telling him he needs to listen to what I’m saying and stop ignoring the feedback…
