I think you're talking about Asus Zephyrus G16 2023 which is good laptop but with thermal limitations if that's the case TUF is better but if you're comparing 2024 model the G16 2024 is better
What about the fan noise, especially when idle or office work? Some other reviewers complain about occasional high-pitched fan noise in light use, which might be annoying.
When you put in Silent mode. Not fan noise AT all. And not pitch noise in performance or turbo. Sure you hear the fans for heavy tasks but nothing disturbing. I think they change something in their last bios update
as far as I know there is another slot for an NVME M.2 SDD, but the RAMs are soldered into the motherboard so non upgradeable which is why you should get the 32GB one. Not sure if the 2nd SSD slot fits like a full sized M.2 though, I'm still researching personally
Do you need to charge your laptop to turn the slash lighting. Why for me it doesn’t turn on even though I turn that mode on already. Thank you and please let me know if you can.

It's a good choice but more VRAM is what you need so I can suggest you to get Lenovo Legion Pro 5 4080 or Pro 7 4080 at almost the same price
If this had 32gb ram what would u rate it? In uk we have 32gb 4070 ultra 9

we test all games and benchmark in Turbo mode.
if you put scenario in performance and silent . there is no fan noise
