Van has always played a major part my life and also influenced my children’s lives. I am 73 years young but his music was always lived in my house February 14, my son passed away with complications from Diabetes. For 13 months that was always all he played music on his computer with Bose speakers. He loved his music. This Fall I will go to his live concert in New York. I wish I could tell him personally how he lived in our livingroom and in my children’s homes after they all got married. Thank you, Van Morrison❤️
I only discovered his music recently I love it. So beautiful. I'm sorry for the loss of your son on Valentine's day I can not imagine the pain of losing a child and I pray I never do.
I am trying to put my life back together after death of my child at 19. I stopped feeling anything joyful. Then I went this Sept. to see Van live at Tanglewood and under the stars he sparked my heart. I'm not healed, no one who loses a child ever is, but he reached deep into my soul and reminded me I can still feel joy. I see so many messages from people who talk about him getting them through a hard time. I hope he knows.

My ex was so jealous of my Love for Van Morrisons music, i wasnt allowed to listen to him at home anylonger. Now its over 30 years later, and we arent together, and Vans music is still my favorite music of all time forever. Never tire of it. S T R E T C H the time listening to VAN the MAN! Van ages like a fine wine, mellower and sweeter. I can't imagine more passionate fans than VM's.
At age 69 even most of my generation has forgotten times when bands played and people actually Danced. Precious Times make me think of that.
It doesn't matter how many times I listen to him and I listen to him alot, he always sounds incredible, a monster talent! Seeing him live is like receiving the most wonderful gift.
Must be something in those Celtic genes.... need some to totally appreciate this gorgeous concert?

I've been to and watched dozens of VM live concerts. The groove on this one gets me real good. The lineup is all-star. Georgie Fame, oh my! So sublimely indescribably delicious it makes my ears smile. :)
