    @ASUS Support It should be noted that the option to "Restore apps that came with this device" is not available when you go with the "Remove Everything" choice. Is there a way get them back once the system is reinstalled?

      Hi, based on your question, if you have choose "Remove everything" it will remove apps and settings but keep your personal files.
      Have you back up your files before resetting?
      The "Restore apps that came with this device" will come up when you choose "Keep my files".
      If your laptop came with a recovery partition or a recovery media, you might be able to use it to restore the laptop to its original factory state, including the pre-installed apps. Be sure to back up your important data before using this option, as it will revert your system to its initial state.
      Or you will need to manually install the Apps.

    Hi Asus. I saw you still replying to your viewers, I'm getting a problem while trying to reset my Asus Laptop, I get the error message that says "There was a problem resetting your pc". I tried both Local Reinstall and cloud download method, but none of them are working.

    I want to restore the pc to factory settings and completely wipe out the system with all its files. This computer didn't came with windows 11 though so i wonder, when i will reset it, will it return to windows 10 or remain on windows 11? Also, is it safe to restore completely the pc? Thanks!

    Please help me figure out this problem. I had a issue that in the the process of resetting I was not plugged in and suddenly power got off and when I on the PC again it keeps on loading and off for 2 hours. What do I do now ??

      ​@@asus_supportMy laptop isn't a gaming laptop. I was troubleshooted in System Settings (Settings Software) it says Audio Format is not set default (because I set Audio Format is 2 channel, 24 bit and 192000 Hz) and My ASUS Software it says no error.
      How do I install Dolby Atmos for Gaming:
      Step 1: I enter Recovery ---> Troubleshoot ---> Startup Settings ---> Restart ---> F7 or Number 7 in the keyboard: Disable driver signature enforcement
      Step 2: I open the Device Manager ---> Sound video and game controllers ---> Realtek (R) Audio ---> Update Driver ---> Browse my computer for drivers ---> Let me pick from a list of available device drivers on my computer ---> Have disk ---> Browse ---> Choose the file HD Audio.inf and install Dolby Atmos for Gaming Driver Not only that, I also installed Dolby Atmos for Gaming software. I enter My ASUS Software ---> Custom ---> The AI ​​Noise Canceling Mic and the AI ​​Noise Canceling Speaker are black and can't be clicked

    Hello, my question doesnt really have anything to do with this video topic but you have made a video in the past trying to touch on the issue im facing.
    My asus VG27AQ recently died right in front of me while i was on my computer. the screen became incredibly pixelated and was flashing on/off for a few seconds. After maybe 20 seconds, the monitor screen then continued to flash but instead of my desktop appearing intermittently, it was flashing the asus logo. Now after unplugging and plugging everything back in, the flashes do not show a picture. The screen's backlighting just turns on and off. I dont think the issue has to do with my DVI cable since the problem still happens with my computer unplugged from the monitor. Also, as the screen shuts on/off when plugged into power, the white LED indicator is also sync'd with the screens on/off behaviour.
    Is the monitor completely shot? or does this sound like a PSU issue where once the monitor draws power, the voltage is dropping and shutting off the monitor?
