    Hi, I have a ASUS ROG Strix laptop. When I click on "Restart" button in the Start up settings (as shown in the video), after that my laptop simply restart, I do not get any screen where I can select different restart option - like the "safe mode". What is the reason for that? How can I fix this so I can enter into safe mode? Thanks!

      @@asus_supportI brought it to an a ASUS repair center and they fixed it. Replaced SSD and reinstalled windows.

    What to do after entering the safe mode. I cant update the drivers as it doesn't show any windows update option when I take it to windows update in settings. It says something went wrong try to reopen settings... I have a rog srtix G15

      If you cannot access Safe Mode from the system settings, please restart the computer from the login screen. On the Windows login screen, simultaneously press 'Shift' and the 'Power' button, select 'Restart,' and then follow the steps in the FAQ to enter Safe Mode.

    Please help me. I get a black screen after I log in and the black screen wont go away. I tried using this method to get into the recovery mode but it just wont work. I have the TUF GAMING FX 505GT. I have also tried using the F8-12 keys during start and nothing :(

    I'm stuck on the BIOS SCREEN, and Asus tells me to do this.. I can't get of bios..probably won't buy another ASUS.. it's a defective product, with bad customer support!

    I can't enter to safe mode after following the same method...I accidentally deleted user file named "default" from Users in local disk c now I can't sign in to my laptop help please - asus vivobook 14😭

      @asus_support followed the same steps if I enter the password it shows "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.
      User profile cannot be loaded."
      My os version I don't know, product model is M413I

    I have rog strix not even a year and had several problems now for days no help from asus and screen is completely black. o tried many of their “advices” nothing worked. and i dont think to install any type of bios If I have guarantee. i had also problems with Wifi connections several times and also other updates and system issues. PLEASE AVOID I am so disappointed after using Asus for years!

    Hello please I need help asap. My laptop's screen ( ASUS TUF Dash F15 gaming) stays black when I turn it on. The lights and sound are on but nothing shows up not even the logo at the start. I used an external monitor and i could see the screen, but I went and disactivated Nvidia from the device manager and now it wont work on the external monitor either. Is there a way I could activate it back and get the screen working again please ?
