Hi, I have a ASUS ROG Strix laptop. When I click on "Restart" button in the Start up settings (as shown in the video), after that my laptop simply restart, I do not get any screen where I can select different restart option - like the "safe mode". What is the reason for that? How can I fix this so I can enter into safe mode? Thanks!

Hello please I need help asap. My laptop's screen ( ASUS TUF Dash F15 gaming) stays black when I turn it on. The lights and sound are on but nothing shows up not even the logo at the start.
