Solid list. First one that came to mind for me is the Glaive from the movie Krull. The atari game was pretty fun too.

Fantastic List Larry, really like it. How about the Sword of Omens?? I think its an 80s popular magical weapon.

I’m waiting for Elric’s sword - Stormbringer? There it is! I was going to say Sting - look at you whipping out that sword. That’s awesome. Attach a flashlight to it! This is a video that took me by surprise - great job.

Interesting topic! I always remember Stormbringer because of the ending to the Stormbringer story. I always liked the Aegean Shield in Clash of the Titans.

Yes! I remember Stormbringer speaking to Elric at the end. He told him something like "I was always a thousand times more evil than you!"

What always comes to my mind for a magical weapons is the Soulsword of Magik (Illyana Rasputin). Creating a sword out of your own soul while trapped in a demonic dimension just seems really cool.

Yes it is. I think I'm always turned off by the enormous size some artists draw it as. Reminds me of anime! But the concept is very cool

The Ebony Blade from Marvel comics. I liked that the use of the blade had consequences. I stopped reading comics in the 90's, so I'm not sure how it's changed over the years.

There was a book called "The Misenchanted Sword" where the sword kept the owner alive-but that was a curse.

Yeah, some of my favorites that you missed:
Grayswandir, Corwin's sword from the Chronicles of Amber by Roger Zelazny. Forged from a piece of the Pattern itself. (What is the Pattern? A god? A piece of God? The fingerprint of God? Something else?) It retains it's powers across the multiverse. Endlessly sharp, unbreakable and no matter where Corwin goes he can find it (in one of the books he pulls it randomly from behind a tree.) Since it is a Pattern weapon it is usually death to any Chaos creature/being/lord that it strikes, bursting their blood into flame.
The Book of Swords/Lost Swords series by Fred Saberhagen have a bunch of unique and very powerful weapons. Forged by a god and quenched in the blood of Man the swords can kill the gods themselves All are unnaturally sharp and almost indestructible. There's a dozen or so, among my favorites:
Shieldbreaker. Any defense it comes against is like tissue paper to it. The hardest armor, the most powerful magical weapons or force shielding is nothing to it. It can destroy (almost) any other weapon out there.
Farslayer. Throw this blade at an enemy and it will slay them instantly. No matter where they are. (And pray someone nearby doesn't throw it at you.)
Stonecutter. Any rock, stone or mineral is like soft butter to it.
Woundhealer. Maybe not a weapon at all? It's the ultimate healing/life preservation device. You're essentially immortal while it touches you.
Spellbreaker from the Vlad Taltos novels by Steven Brust. A length of gold colored chain, said to be a part of a Great Weapon (and in one novel does become a part of one again.) Somewhat sentient it can deflect and protect from magical spells or when beat upon magical items can disrupt them.

Love that the first blade made the list, always thought it was a cool concept. I always loved Izurus Zanpakto in bleach. Every time it struck an opponents weapons it doubled its weight.
