I read on the Qudreddit that apparently temporal fugue has been bugged in the new major update. Like, they occasionally don't spawn, and if they do they may do nothing. I'm in favor for wishing a reroll on that one.
Loved the cheeky attempt at getting the voider to teleport you away from the humor! Clever thinking.
(I know this is 2 weeks late, but....) There is an old bug about bad interactions between Temporal Fugue and Icy/Frost Breath, which was once reported but maybe not patched out of the game? It never got referenced again after being reported back in October.
Never had Fugue fail outright yet, but I've had them spawn and do nothing. Even while being attacked, just chillin.
Good episode! Some notes though, you cut off a few enemies faces like a Cragmensch, which gives you +2 Ego when equipped and would increase you ooze rep, since what you have equipped now decreases it, which is why the Blue Jells were hostile. Also, two floors above where you got dismembered was a Regen Tank.
It's only the boulderer and lunminary that give the +2 EGO bonus in the late game areas :)

That flying esper assassin bug thing was taken out by his own clone at 42:15. It looks like the clone dropped Cryokinesis and Pyrokinesis on his head and auto-attacked him to death. Lucky you! :)

You can absolutely still do that! It's just a bit tedious - I do it a lot in the late game though, as there's loot under boulders.
the Oprah thumbnail with ‘and you get a headache’ did make me laugh.
This episode was an emotional rollercoaster. I'm not even playing and I was stressed out 😂
