Rheum to THRIVE is not like other support group programs!
It includes:
***Educational modules you can go through at your own pace
***LIVE support group meetings where you’ll connect with a small, intimate cohort (very *cutesy*)
***Facilitation by an occupational therapist who’s been living with rheumatoid arthritis for over 20 years (me!)
***An inclusive, safe space for you to ask your burning questions, where you’ll feel supported and uplifted
I am BEYOND thrilled to announce that registration is OPEN for the Fall 2024 groups - meetings start the week of September 16th, 2024!

Choose which group time works best for you:
*** Mondays at 5:00pm EST
*** Tuesdays at 12:30pm EST
*** Wednesdays at 7:30pm EST
All groups are available on a first come, first served basis - they are capped at 16 people to ensure a small group atmosphere.

I created Rheum to THRIVE to be an orientation guide for your new "job" of being a chronic, rheumatic disease patient.
You could figure this out on your own, but it is VERY complex, full of gray areas, and much more painful to go through on your own than with guidance and support from others who “get it!”
Rheum to THRIVE is the only comprehensive self-management and support group program I know of that is specifically designed for people with inflammatory, autoimmune forms of arthritis and similar rheumatic diseases.
