Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake! (SO DREAMY!!)

  • This NO-BAKE Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake has the perfect balance of citrus and delicate creamy flavor! A perfect layer of graham cracker crust with that melt in your mouth fresh, orange filling and bits of delicious zest. It’s a rich and smooth cheesecake that could pass as a mousse and will have everyone asking for the recipe. A fantastic, refreshing summer dessert! #recipe, #cake, #food
    Ingredients:
    FOR CRUST:
    1 3/4 Cup Ground Graham Crackers (approx. 12 crackers)
    8 Tbs. Butter ( Melted )
    1 Tbs. Sugar
    Mix ground crackers , butter, and sugar together in a bowl until well combined. Line a springform pan sides with parchment paper and add in the crumbs pressing them firmly to the bottom.
    Refrigerate the crust 30 mins.
    FOR FILLING:
    1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice. (Approx. 2 Large Oranges )
    2 ( 3 oz. ) Packages Of Unflavored Gelatin
    1 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese ( softened )
    1 Cup Powdered Sugar
    1 tsp. Grated Orange Peel
    2 Cups Whipping Cream
    In a small saucepan, mix gelatin with orange juice and let “bloom” (stand) approx. 2 mins.
    While gelatin is blooming, beat softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until fluffy.
    On med/low heat slowly cook gelatin until well dissolved.
    Add the powdered sugar and orange peel to your whipped cream cheese and mix well.
    Add gelatin mixture and blend until fluffy.
    Put mixture in fridge to thicken slightly while making the whipped cream.
    In a large bowl, add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
    Get orange mixture from fridge and add to whipped cream.
    Beat with electric mixer on medium until well combined and fluffy.
    Spoon mixture into prepared springform pan.
    Smooth out the top and chill for 4-6 hours.
    Garnish as desired.
