This is the first video I have ever watched by you . I plan to open a gym one day and would like to use a plan like this ! excellent breakdown of strategy, plus I liked that u pointed out different aspects of profits . I Definitely subscribed after this video !
For sure! Our ideal client at the facility was the parent who's 35+ and dedicated all of their time to building a career/family and sacrificed their health along the way. The next step for them is to Take Back Their Life (health).
Before we used infusionsoft, clickfunnels, zapier, calendly, just call, voice mail drop software etc., typeform and others.....Now, we have a custom built software now for gym owners called The Microgym Marketing Machine. It allows gym owners to manage all of their marketing, sales process and even team management inside of it.
Im on a sports science course that eventually lead to Buesneus, me and my best mate are trying to learn more about it so we can work better with more Buesneus owners, is this is a good odea ?
Where are you taking the sports science course? Do you plan to work with clients to help them with training or are you working with businesses on their wellness programs?
This was an awesome video, thank you for breaking it down the way you did! Would love to understand how you come up with one and five year goals based on your system there
Thanks man! Setting the 1 and 5 year goals would be dependent on which systems are missing or need attention for the specific gym. I generally use a red, yellow, green rating system to determine what areas need the most attention. From there, you can establish goals and action steps to improve each piece. Where is your facility located?
@@ryanobernesser Tracking, sounds good! We're operating out of central Californai but currently working to build a business plan to then to lease a place and build out the gym. The building owner is all in but we still need to assure him that the plan is solid and worth the effort. Really hitting on goals because the grant and loan givers are looking for viable candidates ofcourse
Lead gen autopilot sounds great….. but umm where were the details on how that works? Sorry for the thumbs down but I felt like this video wasn’t actually getting into anything useful past the surface level. But hey free content, keep doing what you’re doing, don’t let me slow you down, best of luck!
Hey Andrew! Thanks for the insights and checking out the video. To explain every piece of this video in detail would take hours which is why it's just an overview.... Here is a more in depth training on the Leadgen Autopilot system - pages.gymprofittakeoff.com/lead-gen-autopilot-8259

1. No clue what you’re even talking about. 2. This isn’t a marketing system, it’s a model for gym owners to operate their business. 3. Thanks for proving zero value in your comment. Much appreciated 🙏🏼
I'm opening a 5500 sf facility in Tulsa,OK . I own the land already outright and the loan payment is $2300.00. Should I do contracts only or offer month to month as well for a slightly higher rate $45 w/contract $55 without for example . At 500 members I would be grossing around 25k monthly .
Congrats on securing the land and getting ready to open your place! For "open gym" memberships I would have a month-to-month option at a higher price point for sure. If you have other memberships with training services included I would recommend keeping them with a contract only. The reality is that a client needs more than 30 days to see significant results with training so a month-to-month is not in their best interest anyway.
@ryanobernesser thanks for the advice, so what I ended up doing is selling household membership contracts for $70 and single member contracts for $45 And non contractual single $60 and house hold non contractual $90 to still make it affordable in my market as well as beating my competitors by 10 or more dollars on all rate packages. 60% of my memberships are household 1 year contracts and just off those payments my monthly gross is around $21,000.00. I have been open for 6 months.
One thing I did that brings alot of clients and causes alot of traction is I'm allowing members to have a lifetime membership if they can bring and sign up 10 membership 1 yr contracts.

Would you mind going over some of the applications/software that you utilize to manage and achieve some of these things within the model?
