    As a boutique fitness business owner - this gives me a lot to think about. Not offering multiple modalities (like a gym) could offer is challenging me to apply your cake analogy - although still applicable - to my model. There is so much opportunity with the community we’ve built.

    Appreciate this great video!
    Do you mean that the hybrid and semi-private can be offered when leads come in for the free challenge or do you mean that during the free challenge, in a downsell-upsell, hybrid and semi-private can be offered for the first time? It seems like the former case for me but I'm not totally sure. And if it's the case, do you offer hybrid and semi-private in the first consultation as an upsell once the lead says yes to taking the free challenge?
    And how to get into affiliate marketing for prestige lab to get commission? Also there is a heat40 sale currently, can commission still hit the number you give when there is such a big discount?

      Great questions...
      Semi-private is best set up as an upsell for current clients and then once it's established, you can use it as an upsell at point of sale for prospects.
      Same goes for Hybrid

    Great video, I need this question answered.
    What is the reason to charge $500-$800? or whatever the price. Will this price just get people to back down from program? Could you explain this reasoning? And maybe possibly make a video about it? I’m just confused, they’ll come in bcuz the offer is so great, but then “hey pay $700” like how do you upsell that kind of price? With membership gyms costing $75/M, what is the proper way exposing the price? Ohh also what is an EFT? Thank You 😊

      The price point is actually 500-800 and it's based on two big things:
      1) consumers value short term fitness programs over long-term and will pay higher prices for great results in a shorter time period
      2) the value that's included in that short term program is more than what they get in a regular membership
      and EFT is a term used in the industry to describe a client on a recurring membership

    Isn't 100-150 dollars for a membership a lot? In Germany or I guess even USA its probably around 50 dollars

    • @GymLaunch
      @GymLaunch  Год назад +3

      Depends on the type of gym. Most group training focused gyms should be charging $195+/mo while big box/health clubs typically are less than $50/mo
