Greetings. The father of the bride speaking. ^^ Thank you for the outstanding review! All flaws duly noted! Some of them are dear to our heart as well, like "Run history" and other personal achievements, or more lore. Other will be fixed, like "Improvise" tooltip not showing up. Happy time beneath Oresa to everyone. ^^
Spire players want to go infinite, Oresa players want Builds That Go Brrr. I was stuck on Architect's Curse 3 for months, then something clicked and I shot all the way up to 8. I love this game, it's criminally underrated.
Well my last victory was with an "infinite". It much depends on the character you are a playing. I think once you get over the "mommy, the third floor is too difficult because enemies scale" and you understand that it's not about getting cards that do more damage/block and upgrading them, but about coming with a solid strategy to dynamically generate whatever resource your strategy depends on... you are good to go. I also went from 4 to seven pretty quickly after I figured this out.
Thanks Happy hunting! Beware though! This game is not for card battler first timers. But if you already have a game like Slay the Spire under your belt, then by all means!
May I ask, do you design and create your watermark, your signs, buttons etc. yourself or do you have someone doing it for you? I like them quite a lot and I like that new watermark very much. Just asking... currently catching up your last couple of reviews.
Love the game and it's direction , which we could see things like character interactions while talking, and more details on specific character animations for certain cards etc. Some what dialogue , I'm really curious about the Virus guys loll. I played it, despite the graphics being a new take and really good, something felt bland about the title the more I played it. I think it's the classes , some of them seem really good , overpowered or bad. Not sure, some of the builds/synergies felt off might be me. I just got really bored of it after playing for a couple days. I had most fun playing the virus classes the others felt meh and the gunner classes especially the last one were a mess. The knights, broken LOL.
You just need to figure out their thing. The synergies are all fantastic but you need to discover how to make the most out of them. The guild of ruinfarers (the gunners as you say) are actually my favorite. Zakaan is pretty freaking powerful, but I like Sohoma the most.
I've been considering to revisit some of the older Wizardries, M&M and some of the old Gold Box D&D games. So it's not out of the table at all. For now, Kotor is coming up next.
@@thatanonwholurksmoar7386 well good, because coming up next there's a tiermaker video in which I rank all the card battlers that I've played in the last three years.
Playing tomorrow with the Dev live on Discord! at 4:00pm (-4 GMT). You're all welcome!

I'm not usually into deck building games, with Tainted Grail being the exception, but this one looks pretty cool, might check it out
Be aware: It's difficult.
I might try this since you got me into other games like DOS2 which was a bit intimidating to me before I saw your video. Thanks!
Have you played other card battlers. This one might be a little bit difficult to get into if you haven't. But it's a blast for sure.
@@YeOldEntertainment I haven’t played any. What would you recommend be best for a newbie then?
@@raul.supremacyTabitha Slay the Spire!
@@YeOldEntertainment I’ll have a look then thanks. My brother was absolutely addicted to that game so I’ll look into it.
Congratulations on the wedding 🤣
I'm about to divorce it. It'll probably happen this year. XD

I had a designer do the new logo for me. Thanks for watching!
@@YeOldEntertainment can you recommend them?
Very nice review, thank you
And thank you for watching!
I wished there was more guide on RUclips about this game. I'm too dumb to figure how to play most characters and figuring out mechanics..
What’s the game at 0:32?
Tainted Grail: conquest

What say you to reviewing Might and Magic: World of Xeen, one of my favorite RPGs? Thankee!

Ey! I do give 2 or 3 shits about this genre. Have my sub or else.

What happened to the usual intro music?
This is the new intro.
