Hey Julian, thanks for watching the video. Since recording that tutorial the interface has changed. There should be a Screen Share button on the bottom. It kind of looks like two overlapping rectangles. That should do the trick. Here is a link with more information. It also has a hyperlink to check that you have the latest version of Skype. Hi Rachelle, I believe you should be able to share your screen without turning on the video. That is standard across all these video conferencing platforms whether that's Skype or Zoom. Hope that answers your question.
What if the button is not there? And I do have the latest version of skype. I used it yesterday. Today, when I opened it, the screen sharing button wasn't there. Any ideas?
Hi English Forever, sorry for the late reply. The button should be in the controls panels at the bottom of the screen, it should show up when you have someone on a call, it won't show up if it's just yourself with the Skype client on. Otherwise, I would go with with gramnet said and reach out to microsoft support.

mine did show until I called the person on Skype then share screen was there.
