- This is the final assembly of the dog bowl stand. Elvis is happy with it, so I am happy! Yes, please put a final finish on the stand before using it (we were in dire straits here so started using it before I could get it painted or sealed). 😊

Nice work Tamara! I probably would have opted for three screws with glue on each joint. I love luan too. I've used it as a veneer on a fine antique table, since luan often has a mahogany out layer! Thanks!!
The screws would have been easier for sure. Luan is the best!
If that is the problem you can angle the nail gun and shoot the nail in that way so they don’t come out the other side love your work 👍👍👍🍷🍷🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🤩

@@MonkeysKnow Right lol, They're putting one in about 15 minutes from where I live other than that I had to drive 45 minutes one way to get to them.
Now that is a dangerous location! I still have to drive about 45 minutes, which is probably for the best. 😆
