Yes, Galaxy two shards of advice...
      Google -
illimitableman monk mode for fantastic resourses for men.
If you want to fook your life up go and get married.
Western women are not worth persuing anymore as western women have been utterly ruined by feminism.
With thier feminist indoctrinated narcissistic minds Western women who can hardly cook a meal from basic ingredients or even clean a house sit complaining in a comfortable chair in an airconditioned or heated environment made by men, in factories, designed, built and run by men.
They drive nice cars invented, built and maintained by men.
They use a computer invented and programmed by men, built in a factory by men, using electricity discovered by men, transported on a national grid of power lines that were planned and engineered, maintained and made by men, using electricity generated using methods invented by men, in power stations built by and run by men.
They use the Internet, which uses protocols invented by men, transmitted over cables laid by men, in an international network invented, planned, and made by men. They are fuelled by food that was the result of farms and agriculture planned and created by men, delivered to them by global food networks and transport systems invented and built by men. They are diagnosed and healed from sickness by scientific methods and medicines in hospitals invented and built by men, They live in houses that were invented, planned and built by men, They are entertained by programmes transmitted globally by signal technologies that are beamed directly onto large large and small viewing screens invented and built by men, They are kept warm or cool by technologies invented and built by men, in cities with roads, bridges, shopping malls, movie theatres, hospitals, restaurants and other infrastructure planned and built by men.
They drink clean water piped into their houses by a national network planned and built by men, from reservoirs and treatment plants that were planned, built and run by men. They are protected by laws invented by men, and enforced by men who risk their lives every day to protect citizens, their property and protect their country.
Women enjoy the benefits of everything men discovered, invented, created, built and maintain and are treated equally (by law) and allowed to do anything they wish in the society men created, even if lives are put at risk by allowing women to join by lowering mens higher standards for entry into the military/police and fire services.
And yet there are so many western women who are so privileged and devoid of hardship that they spend their time constantly complaining that all of this is not enough for them, that men should be ashamed, that men have too much in this society that they made, and that men need to give even more to women because they are entitled to it just because they were born a women...and emaculated men agree to it.
Take away everything that men have done, and western feminist indoctrinated women would be sitting outside in the cold rain without anything to eat until a man comes along and offers them shelter, food, warmth and security.
Western women are self-entitled fat ass deluded state weaponised thots who routinely without any guilt steal hard working, faithful honest mens children, wealth and livelyhoods and plunge men into abject poverty or even worse suicide by divorce raping them at a whim with no fault divorce. Western women also wrongly think they are equal to or are superior to men.
What sane man would go anywhere near poisonous parasites like that just for access to poon. its bizarre behaviour for any right thinking man yet these deluded women who bring absolutely nothing to a relationship still complain...
"where have all the good men gone".
Marriage is the most irrational decision a modern man can make if he wants to survive free and intact.
Feminism has ruined the chance for most guys (and women) to have a healthy, fruitful, loving productive relationship.
This phenomena, while incredibly frustrating for men, will ultimately hurt women the most. Guys have checked out of the endeavor of finding a wife as its just to dangerous.
Billions of women exist on this planet, women are not special.
My comment represents the beliefs of millions of Western men, and it's about time too.
      Share these truths guys.

The sad part is, there was not much else. Not many women, no new impressions, no personal progress. At 25 and 26 I hated myself for this situation. But now as I'm 27 and my plan seems to work out better and better I'm starting to see that I had to waste time in order to value it even more right now. I had to make these mistakes.

I listen to you and apply it to my set of circumstances even though it isn’t about working out or being involved with one of the armed services. I am 58 year old woman who had lots of excuses. I would tell myself... I am too old, too tired and don’t have enough time. Now I get up 4am, which only gives me 4 hours sleep a night because I work 14 hour days.. I have lost 60lbs and have spent over 25 hours on my cover letter and resume so I will get the job/career I need to be in, to make a difference in the world. I take online classes to achieve this and you have helped me see me and what I need to change in my self perception. Thank you

      Hello Shelly,
I was scanning through these comments and yours struck me as quite inspirational ! As it's 7 months past your posting, I hope that your hard work has paid off on your goals . The nice thing about Jocko's message is that,it transcends us all, civilian or not!. By taking care of yourself, and improving, you become happier, healthier and more productive. This benefits you, your friends and family, and ultimately your own little piece of the world. That's being a positive citizen. Good job for making those positive changes for yourself... You should feel proud. Keep up the good work, and be well and strong !
      Kind regards, Shawn

Thanks so much for writing this! I am also a 58 y.o. woman. I have a lot of regrets, mainly moving away from my family to marry a clunker/alcoholic. But…my mom and sister are a three hour drive away. They’re not in the other side of the country; we can visit. My kids didn’t grow up there, as I wish they had, but we visited. My mom even lived with us for three years. So the kids are close to my family; even though I wish I’d raised them out there, and they had grown up more immersed in the lives of their cousins, they still are quite close. There’s something to build on. I want to find a way to live part time in both places (here, where I have an adult son, and there). And to bring my mom out here for more long stays. We’re all still alive and can still love each other. And I want to finish my degree, and gain financial independence so I can have an independent life. Only 8-10 classes left. Thanks so much for the inspiration.

Awesome man! Congrats! I’m 35 and it took me almost 3 years on and off to shake an alcohol and bad drug habit that lingered from my mid - late 20s..i got arrested, lost my license, lost my job and my Gf at that time... I contemplated just ending this thing numerous times and then found folks like jocko, Goggins, Rich Roll and of
Course GOD..I’m currently back working, down 50lbs on my goal, have a girl that loves me for me and supports me training for my first Ultra marathon in the spring. I get the feeling of regret all the time. I just realized it will always be there if I allow it to be. Regret is a bad neighborhood in the mind you should never walk through alone, especially at night..so I’m trying to look forward everyday and realize that that’s the person I was (under the influence) and not the person who I am and in the process of
Becoming.. don’t even know you yet very very happy for your successes because I know what that pain and suffering feels like first hand! Keep grinding homie because at the end of the day, Who’s gonna carry the MF boats and the logs!! That’s right, youuubuddy 🚣 💪🏼 #2020 #letsgo

Several decades later and that statement couldn’t be any closer to the truth. Congrats and stay on the path. I’m 51 and fell off the path for a lost decade and then enter Jocko! Now on the path and getting stronger everyday. Get Some!

Great video, congratulations to this young man. I'm pushing 40 and only feel im now getting in the game. I have had things that I have accomplished but only now really feel I'm making my path. Having said that, every day I'm out their showing my kids my mistakes, how to avoid them, and how to get after what they want. There is no time looking back with regret, it's a waste of energy and only causes depression. Learn from it and move on in a positive way. Discipline Equals Freedom!!

When other people call it a day you're still going at it harder, faster & longer, it gets to the point you've made up all the lost ground from the past & you can get to the point of overtaking people who were previously ahead of you!

August 14, 2018: the day I quit alcohol and marijuana. I haven't touched it since. I quit cigarettes but have relapsed several times and I'll be quitting again starting Friday. Nobody told me I had a problem but you guys, nobody around me knows that I quit except you guys-i just did it. And I got myself into archery just a short while ago. Mental health is an issue for me, I've been through some experiences I never want anyone to go through -but what's more help than my psychologist and psychiatrist and counselors is people like Jocko and Echo and YOU. People who got the courage to try, figure out the path, learn discipline and get after it. I thank you all because I think you all saved my life. Lost 40 lbs too. I'm down to 256, I'm trying for 200 or so, I'll see what feels healthiest.
Anyways, I doubt anyone will see this, but if I sound like I used to live the way you do now, or if you're like I am now: keep it up. Stay on the path. You can do it. Get up, get after it. It'll be tough as hell, I'm not gonna lie to you. It'll suck -but only at first, as you adapt. You can adapt. And then you'll be better than you could have imagined. Doesn't matter where you started, what matters is where you're going and that you're getting there.
And Jocko and Echo: I'm very grateful for the work you do. There's thousands of people out there who are alive today that wouldn't be because of you two. That's not an embellishment, you're literally saving lives by reaching out to people like me and drawing people together who want to see others successful. I can't thank you enough... I'll quit smoking. Maybe that'll be the proof in my mind that I can be humble and grateful. Maybe it'll teach me positive patience and wisdom? Whatever happens, I want to learn.
