Hi everyone! Thank you for watching Exterior and Interior Painting Specialists Video!
This is the second in a 3 part series on how to repaint your kitchen cabinets. This focuses on the spraying process we use. We always do two top coats and light sand between the two coats for best result.
When painting kitchen cabinets we always start by laying out cloth to protect the walk way!
We then take off the doors and handles and clean everything with Simple Green - TSP substitute already diluted.
We then create a spraying booth, whether it is in the garage, basement or extra small spare room.
We hang tarp all around the room to keep everything else protected by the paint. We number the cabinet doors so they do not get mixed up. We then paint them inside of the spray booth created on the actual job site. We create this booth once per job site. We then tape off the insides of the cabinet to keep them bare.
Thank you for watching and tune in for video number three!

Great vid. Luckily for me I was able to remove the front face of the drawers which made the job easier it seemed.

Awesome tutorial, question what tip size spraying Emerald trim paint?
Where do I get a bandana like that?
Thanks for the video. Did you have to thin down that paint?
Any advice for getting the doors to fit when you put them back on the frames? Every fourth or fifth door turns out to be difficult to re-hinge.
Can you change paint sheens or even colors without going through the full-blown cleaning process? I've got to spray some gloss and satin in the same exact color. Can I just change liners with the new paint and "flush" out the previous sheen? What about colors, anyone changed colors by just changing paint and spraying until the old color has bled out?
hi, I just bought a Tc Pro and want to do my cabinets myself to safe money. Now, I want to ask, do you think the sherwin williams pro classic will do a good job as well. I only asked because the sherwin Williams nearest me and around me only has Gloss instock. As for the spray tip what is the best one?
Do you clean the spray gun between the priming and painting procedures???
Exterior and Interior Painting Specialist : Thanks for your postings.

Did you paint the back twice and then front twice or alternate?

What grit are you sanding with?
Bro so you don’t have to prime cabinets that it has varnish? What’s the name of the paint ?
