I add molasses & walnuts occasionally. Using baking soda instead of powder is the key. Makes great French toast the next day. Good stuff.

I seldom have luck with no bake cookies. Either they spread like a crepe, or are stiff like a dryer ball. Lately instead of scooping as a cookie, I’ll dump the dough in an 8x8 and make a bar. If it’s too lose to cut, we just scoop it with a spoon. We are not fancy here!

I've found that usually texture has something to do with the length of time you boil the sugar/butter/milk/cocoa mixture. The longer you boil, the harder the finished cookie is. My family recipe says 2 minutes at a rolling boil. Sounds good either way though!

Omg nooo we love ground turkey! The key is to a) eat it fresh b) make your own hot Italian or sweet Italian sausage crumble with it! My family doesn't eat pork so I make my own sausage crumble using online spice blend recipes! C) fry it in butter NOT olive oil - or a mix of both but I prefer when the butter starts to caramelize aka burn a bit because it helps bring out its smoky fatty flavour like pork sausage!

Yay so excited to watch a new video! I'm making a few things ahead of time here in KY now to prepare in case the power goes out from the ice storm, and you're the perfect company. Hope y'all stay safe!

My mom used to make cookies called Moose Droppings for my school bake sales which are similar to your no-bake cookies but it uses coconut and oatmeal and has no peanut butter.
