    Thanks for the information David. Would you be able to show some tables of data based on price ranges vs your current low, median, high? For example, would you bucket your stats into ranges for sub $300k, $300k-$499k, $500k-$699k, $700K-$899k, and $900K and up. I would be curious to see where the sales activity is, where is is declining vs increasing. This will be very interesting to see after the Fed drops rates to see if this creates any buzz and where. Coupling this with your other stats (avg price/sqft, days on market, price change, etc) for these ranges will also be enlightening. From other reports I'm tracking it appears the prominent opinions are that most of the current sales activity in the more weighed to the luxury home price category thus skewing the price numbers higher.

    Hi David. Your channel is one of the most helpful on the internet. I will be in The Villages this weekend for a lifestyle visit.
    How do I see data on your listings only? I do not want a buyer’s agent at this point, preferring to work with only one realtor (the listing agent).

      My website is not limited to only my listings. I would caution you that it might be unwise if only the seller has a representative.
