Thank you for this video. We left NJ for The Villages the summer of 2020 to escape Covid. Plus, we had just retired. Sue Smith & Deb did a walk through with Roz, and I was sold. We were the 2nd renters to occupy Hickory building #3. We had a 1yr lease in unit
Thank you for this video! I hope The Villages recognize there is a very large market of apartment dwellers and have plans to build more apartment communities in the future. There are just so many of us that do not want the responsibilities that homeownership brings. Lovely to have a single-family home, but personally, I do not want all of the work associated with having one. The Lofts would be a perfect solution for someone like myself to enjoy the lifestyle The Villages has to offer without worrying about contractors, expenses, etc.
