I'm 100% sure that it was Max that triggered the landmine that murked him and Kara, and you don't even see it either so it's not fully his fault too.
He definitely did, although you don't see the mine itself, you do see its light - at about 32:15, you see the red flash of what looks like a mine behind the sofa for a split second, and at about 33:35 from X33n's perspective, you see what looks like a blast mark on the floor behind Max's body, exactly where the red flash was.
Watching back at 0.25x speed, I think it's closer to 32:17 that you see the flash, but the sofa totally blocks the mine itself from view.

If you leave fizzy alone for more than a 3 second you die. If Fizzy find herself she can’t go anywhere and will stay at one spot. You can do fizzy as a baby artists

Grabbing something with your mouth is a thing, biting is completely different. To bite is to sink your teeth into something, typically with the intentions of biting a piece off or to eat it. Picking an item up with your mouth would simply be to use it in an open-close fashion to carry something. Mother alligators pick up all their babies using their mouths to transport them, who's to say a t-rex couldn't do the same?
Therefor: Kara's fears are legitimate and that t-rex is a genuine threat of something or other idk it's scary :[

For when you stepped on the mine if you pay very close attention at 32:17 you can see a flash of red and the mine was behind the couch and max could not see the flash of red or the mine when he ran over top of it thus killing him and Kara so max got them both killed.
