Don’t suffer imaginary pains’-so true! How many times do we stress over things that never happen? Stoicism helps us live more in reality and less in the mind’s ‘what-ifs.’
24:59 I have made significant improvement in how I act and react since I discovered stoic philosophy. I can't thank you enough. I learning to question my actions and control my emotions thanks to Stoicism.
"Our pain doesn't stem from actual events but from our own imagination." I cherish my life, and I'm striving to master the art of 'letting go.' You should too! Thank you!
“The man that thinks he can and the man that thinks he can’t, both of them are correct…” This is what comes to mind when I listen to this video. Everyday in every way, I get better and better. Success is but a thought away…have a good week.
I am originally from Thailand but I am living in Utah so I have been taking care of my wife more than five years until now so she is having a stroke and not be able to take care of herself or speak out for herself so I am speaking for her. My daily routine is changing her brief and cleaning up her mess and many more things that supposed to be done in the dailies routine 🙏 I will endure till the end of my life as I am facing the most challenging situation in my life as my wife is having a brain damage 🙏
This video is a game-changer! The concept of acting as if nothing disturbs you anymore is so powerful. It aligns perfectly with the principles of Stoicism-focusing only on what you can control and letting go of everything else. It’s incredible how much peace you can achieve when you embrace this mindset. Thanks for sharing such profound insights! Definitely going to apply this in my daily life.
I'm working on myself everyday, the stoic philosophies are helping ❤ I have been thru hardship, serious illness & near death injury, I've lived with plenty & with very little. Learning from Christ, Stoics, & especially what I learned in all the experiences I've lived thru has been what is helping me build character.❤
Thank you for sharing this powerful message! It reminds me of the quote, 'It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.' Embracing Stoicism truly helps us stay calm and centered amidst chaos. Keep up the great work!
Stoic philosophy offers such timeless wisdom for facing life's challenges with grace and strength. Learning to let go of what we can't control, embracing impermanence, and focusing on our reactions instead of circumstances are truly empowering steps. Thank you for sharing these insights - they remind me to cultivate inner peace and resilience daily.

This is truly wisdom for our life. The best part in my opinion is that, we need to place in practice in our daily lives. Not just listening and forgetting about it in those moments when they come up. 💕✝✡. Self control. Is a good thing to apply.
While the stoic philosophy in this video is intriguing, isn't there a risk of completely dismissing the importance of addressing real, external issues?
The discussion on embracing impermanence hit home for me. Life is always changing, and accepting that has helped me appreciate each moment more deeply. Thank you for this insightful perspective!
"This video immerses us in the world of Stoic philosophy, helping us understand how resilience, rational thinking, and acceptance of inevitable circumstances can improve our lives.❤❤❤
there's a book called whispers of manifestation on borlest , and it talks about how using some secret tehniques you can attract almost everything in life it's not some bullshit law of attraction, it's the real deal
The mind must be the best place to be, it goes with you everywhere so it doesn't matter where you go or where you are, you have your own stronghold, Memento Mori.
Inspiring content! Learning to let go and focus on what’s in our control is the true path to freedom. Your insights on detachment and embracing impermanence are eye-opening.
Jiddu Krishnamurti suggested that " seeking" is a movement in time, of thought. Thus the ego in action. Know Thyself. Self Knowledge via Self Inquiry without seeking answers is the key to Freedom aka Critical Thinking, Looking inwardly... Ask yourself... whom or what am.i? Namaste 🙏
You're absolutely right! Krishnamurti's insights emphasize the importance of self-inquiry over seeking external validation or answers. The journey of knowing oneself is not about accumulating knowledge but about deeply observing and understanding without judgment. It's through this inward reflection that we truly find freedom. Namaste 🙏
This video is truly amazing! The principles of Stoicism not only help us face difficulties but also see them as opportunities for growth. This has changed the way I view every challenge in life!
I' m very curious as to how stoic philosophy is interpreted differently from a sociopath and an empath? How does it differ from a poor man and a rich man? A humble man and a greedy man? They may all be absorbing the same exact philosophical teachings but may interpret them all in fundamentally different ways.

The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way❤
