I was in the front row, for the greatest rock n' roll jam of my life, until now .....1988 November for my 38th birthday !!
The Killer Killed it. Bo Diddly was so happy. The African American woman with the orange hair wailed. Talk about tearing down the house. And Jerry Lee whistling a happy tune in the middle of the song. That band. They were so happy. And who else do you think?
I could cry!!! This is AMAZING!! Jerry Lee stole the show...embarrassing talent. He is the best. In 2017 at age of 82 he continues to perform..respect for this myth of music

The First Generation of Rock and Roll all sharing the stage. The passing of Chuck Berry and Fats Domino 2017. Only 2/10 are left Jerry Lee Lewis and little Richard.
They ddid not care. What the Rock & Roll singers & musicians wanted were to be heard and delivered. GREAT!

Oh my God it was so many Legends on that stage but Little Richard killed it
I don't believe in heaven, but in my brightest dreams, this is precisely what it sounds like when you go to sleep at night, and rise up to in the morning, for eternity.
All of these rock & roll legends that played together in Rome, I don't know if this ever happendend in the USA. This concert was merited by David Zard and italian television RAI, which in those years gave much space to music.
Long live Rock n' Roll!

Commentare questo video è difficile: è come essere catapultati nella leggenda più assoluta, difficile tradurre in parole ciò che la musica, qusta musica, il rock'n roll trasmtte. Sono un musicista per passione (non per lavoro) e sentire e vedere queste vere leggende è qualcosa di unico irripetibie ed emozionante fino alle lacrime...

Awesome concert. I can't think of 5 artists within the last 15 years I'd care to see on stage at once much less this much talent. I would have killed to see Little Richard, Jerry Lee and Ray Charles just put their pianos in a triangle and just melt the ivory.
How would you like to be the poor mooks in the house band on keyboard having to sit next to Ray Charles or one of the guitar players standing next to Dave? No pressure. I'd have told them please don't do that to me!
