Great video!!! The only thing I would say if you could lower the music when you’re doing the voice over or turn up the volume of you talking! it was just hard to hear you with the music being louder than your voice! You’re soooo motivating!!!
So much core strengthening. I love this. I used to work out as I was a runner. I am now physically disabled thanks to a car crash and Fibromyalgia. I am also struggling with mental issues with brain damage. They are doing a brain MRI to see what is going on. It is affected my speech, eyesight, memory and motor functions on my right side. Blah :P LOL Not fun however we adjust and do what we can. I am enjoying your videos so much.
I am very thankful that you keep making these videos. Because they are inspiring and I don't know what I would do when I would be missing one arm. You go to the gym workout and you do not let your self down just because you have one arm and that is a very good thing and may God bless you.

Little suggestions: you should have your left shoulder kinesio taped from time to time for symmetry. Use a soccer or pilates ball as chest support when you foam roll and use a bosu for proprioceptive work.
