- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder (7g) (0.25 oz)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30 ml) (1 fl oz)
Garlic Paste Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15 ml) (0.5 fl oz)
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese (50g) (1.8 oz)
- 100g of mozzarella cheese (3.5 oz)
- oregano to taste

You could also put sugar and chocolate into it and make a brownie or get a white fish like haddock, mix a batter and fry it with some chips. It's so versatile

This is so good! It wasn't as bread-like as I expected, you definitely know you're eating protein, but it was a yummy change for a low-carb family bored with "normal" chicken. The garlic cheese topping is amazing. Thank you!

@@rmatakovich I cut 8oz of leftover steak into 1.5 cm cubes and put that into the food processor instead of chicken; seasoned with beef bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Everything else was just like the video. It was too salty but yummy with a spoonful of Rao's marinara sauce. 😊 Next time I'll try chili powder and oregano instead - or maybe rosemary and garlic. It's going to be fun trying out different herbs and spices 😋 Happy cooking!
ETA: A tablespoon of chili powder and a big teaspoon of dried oregano was perfection.

That looks really good. Although I would remove the egg yolks, and use Avocado oil instead of olive oil, it’s healthier. Also I would use a marinara sauce as it is also healthier and lower in fats and calories. Use low fat shredded mozzarella cheese and bam you have a high protein low fat and calorie power meal. Thanks for the great idea. 😊
Nothing wrong with healthy fats...egg yolks, full fat dairy and butter. All good and necessary. Sugar is the enemy!
@@mbruno64 uh no. Avocado is a healthy fat! Butter, yolks and even cheese is high in bad fats. Unless you’re an Eskimo that needs the fats for calories then they are healthy but if you are going for a low fat low carb high protein then no they are bad.

@@maximumcarnage2077 you're completely wrong. Saturated fats in butter and meat have been proven to be healthy. The Ancel Keys studies that tried to prove otherwise have been completely debunked as being funded by sugar and cereal companies. Those are the fats we've been eating through all of human evolution. Your brain is literally made up primarily of fats, mostly DHA..and saturated fats. So you need them. Low fat alternatives aren't healthy
I made this yesterday minus the topping but put avocado on top. Delicious. Going to make it again today.
