Cup size: 200ml
Dough Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups flour (250g) (8.8 oz)
- 1 cup of mayonnaise (200g) (7 oz)
Stuffing ingredients:
- Grated smoked sausage (400g) (14 oz)
- 1 1/2 cup canned corn (170g) (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped olives (50g) (1.8 oz)
- 1 tomato (150g) (5.3 oz)
Topping ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup cooking cream - 17% fat content (300g) (10.6 oz)
- Mozzarella cheese to taste

This is very interesting recipe, never would have thought to use flour and mayonnaise for the crust. I might make a few changes to suit the family, but I think you have a winner there.

I do that all the time even add it to cakes, mayo is only oil and eggs mixed together, if you don't have egg use mayo

It’s almost reminds me of a quiche. And I would probably use sausage instead of pepperoni and use peppers and onions and mushrooms and I would use a Swiss cheese. I can’t wait to try. Thank you for posting your beautiful recipe. ❤
