hi mate i have 7 congo tetras and they all stay on one side or in corner of my tank,i have a 450 litre tank,lots pants whats up with them,i also tihnk thry become more active and move around when the lights are off in the tank,is it my lighting too bright?
They prefer Medium to low light, like most fish. No fish really enjoys high bright lights in my experience. I suggest lowering the light because likely theyre staying in the darkest corner of your aquarium.
Hi i have a community tank with a male betta, Bolivian rams, honey gourami's and 2 schools of tetras (neons, rummys) and rasboras. Are Congo tetra good to go in this community? Thanks
That's quite a mix... Likely that one breed will get a little upset unless its a v large water volume with plenty of plant cover. It's all an experiment mixing like that.

Yes. I have a blood parrot, electric blue Dempsey, super red oscar, and a super red spotted gold severum with my congos.
