    Now that you passed your NCLEX and a RN, what’s next for your channel? Will you throw in some beauty stuff, hair care ? Etc
    You seriously inspire me girl, because of YOU I want to be a RN. I’ve always thought I wasn’t “smart” enough that Ima fail, but Ima conquer my fear and take that risk and push myself. I’m just so nervous I don’t know what to expect lol 😂
    Video suggestion; get ready with me Nurse edition lol

      Stephanie Velez I’m applying to nursing school next semester and I feel the same. My confidence is so low right now. I keep telling myself over and over again I can do it, but failure always lingers in the back of my mind. It’s so hard lol 😩 especially when ur a nursing major who cares about makeup and beauty, and when u tell people your major you feel like they are judging you.

      GIRL YES YOU CAN DO ITTTTT

      Stephanie Velez I feel the same way I’m so scared of failing and not being able to handle certain situations. But I work in a hospital now as a ER secretary and I see a lot of stuff. Sometimes I’m back and fourth if I want to do rn or not because of what I see and what I see the nurses go through it is a little intimidating, but I can’t see myself doing anything else but be a registered nurse! But good luck on your journey to nursing ! I know seeing Alexis go through her journey in nursing school makes me want to do it even more! She definitely helped !

      Amanda Miranda I always keep this quote in my head from Cinderella Story, “never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game”. It really helps me continue. I also joined the nursing club and try to stay surrounded with students who are prenursing majors. The medical field in general is so intimidating. I know we can do this though! Good luck on your journey as well.

      Amanda Miranda Amanda Miranda EXACTLY HOW I FEEL GIRL! I’m choosing between nurse and dental, my heart is saying nurse but what scares me is the schooling me not passing and how long it takes to become a nurse. Dental because I can be a DA in less then a year. But your right! Im going to stop putting myself down and follow my dreams because I know myself when I’m older, I’m going to live with that regret! Plus when ever I go to a clinic or hospital and the nurses talk to me or doctors I know what they mean or know what there talking about instead of saying “huh” or “what does that mean” I watch a lot of nursing videos so I learn haha! I was even getting to the point of purchasing a NCLEX RN book 😂😂😂😂

      Emily do good in your science classes :)

    • @Abmarp
      @Abmarp 6 лет назад +8

      Do well in your high school classes in order to get scholarships. When you get to college, get your sciences out the way. I would highly recommend starting in community college to save money. Also, start getting used to NCLEX style questions. Get you’re CNAs license to start getting hands on experience. I would recommend use the studying method SQ3R to always be organized and to have good studying skills.
      That’s all I have and if I have more advice, I’ll add it there.
      Also, trust in God!!! And take care of yourself! Mentally, spiritually and overall.
      I wish you the best :)

      It's a good idea to join health science classes, anatomy, medical terminology, medical clubs, and programs in high school that may offer certifications as a CNA, EMT, or CMA. Things you can do outside of school is volunteer at a hospital or clinic and shadow medical professionals as much as possible and as soon as possible
