I agree. Their ideal arrangement really is a harem of supplies, in which the supplies don't interact with each other and think they're the only one or the most important one in the narc's life.

The narcissist is certain that the new supply is an irritant (jealousy) to the old supply. And maybe, sometimes (if the old supply has not yet seen the mask completely ’off’) they are. But, once the old supply is completely finished with the endless gaslighting and head games and sees the narcissist for what they truly are…they only have empathy for the new supply. Seriously. Poor next victim…hasn’t got a clue what they are getting themselves involved in. 😱

These narcissist men are pure evil and time wasters and should be avoided.

I wish I knew about narcissistic personality disorder in my youth because it would have spared me the scars and wounds.
I agree.waisted 36 years with one,more fool me,i was replaced after a few weeks she was probs waiting on the wings,been on my own for 10 years because all the good ones have a woman already.

Yep! Ghosted me 1 week before 7 years of marriage and then moved in with girlfriend 2 weeks later. They are cowards.

Same..... got sooooo weird with me the last couple months of our realtionship. Now it makes sense.... we were together 10 years. Replaced me for a 19 year old coworker who he got pregnant ( he is 39 ). Already moved her in and brought her around our child
I know with certainty he began to replace me about 10-11 months before we broke up.
Lies lies and more lies. Lies of omission, misrepresentations, changing stories. I didn’t know except that he did tell me when we were engaged that he didn’t know if he could be faithful. I should have listened and run. Many more red flags.
Great video...but very triggering. Was 10 years with my female covery ex narc. Been no contact for 1 year now, but our 2 kids had a graduation ceremony yesterday and i had to see her. I didnt interact with her but when she talked, she acted as if she didnt destroy me the previous year. Man it hurts still to believe i was replaced and not significant after all what happened...smdh😔
Me and my Ex could be walking on the street together and he'd be staring at other women as I was trying to talk to him. He could have been replacing me even then. 🍒
Yes looking back he found a replacement at gold gym. Not sure if it’s a man or women. His social media was unbelievable. Gay porn, steroid use.
I did my homework,his phone told me everything. 24 yr marriage addictions,relapse,recovery, therapy AA. I stood by him always.
I did not deserve what I found. He never saw my discard coming. His rage and shame are all his now.
My self care is on going now. Covert narc/addict. Oh I read everything he said about me. What type of person does that ? I can wake up every day
& say, I could never do such things to anyone, thank god.
It's crazy when you see them for who they really are ain't it. It's like being with a complete stranger yet you knew who he was the whole time . Glad you're doing better
That is my nex relationship cycle 🔁 he grooms new supply while in the relationship- he tried to get me pregnant but he got her pregnant within 3 months I feel bad for her not only is he a NPD his family are toxic and vile as him .

Yes, this happened to me with my ex-husband and with the person that I recently ended a 4 year long relationship with. In both cases the new supply had been around while I was still there for some time, I just didn’t know it until after. With my last relationship, I was replaced by a woman 17 years younger than me who is very well off financially (he’s broke and 23 years older than she is), very successful in a related field to his, and was immediately able to do all of his business promotions/marketing through social media networks. We overlapped for about 3 months, with neither of us women knowing about the other, then as soon as he got rid of me, she moved in. This is after he told me during our years together that he never wanted to live with a woman or get married again. I would not be surprised if he does marry her.

I do believe he replaced me.. I dont know... I have blocked him on everlything...But i am sure he had numerous woman while he was with me...
It was continuously moving backward, not “forward”. 🤷🏾♀️
He replaced me with a co worker that he manages and now she is pregnant! Lied for months
OMG same....... 10 years together and we have a big blended family. Got so weird and mean to me a couple months before he broke things off. Few weeks later told me he had been seeing someone and she was pregnant, moved her in within weeks.
He replaced me with a bimbo who was a mother at our daughter's high-school. She pranked called me every night for a month. Asking for a guy with a similar name of the narc. He of coused denied her existence as he did me with her. He was sleeping with us both. Gross first of all. I was living and in a relationship with him. Even when she found out she still was dumb enough to believe we had no intimate relationship. He would be with her and come into our bed putting his hands on me. I didnt know, until one night he didn't come home. The next morning he drove up the drive and with that ugly narcissist smirk said to me " we're not together " F ing crazy. And God bless you Ben for your sneezing. Well, she dumped him 8 months later. But, still tried to get in my pants. Sick

My ex narc shared very little about his personal life. Lied by omission most of the time. Also lied through Yes and No answers delivered with a straight face. Cowardice and dishonestly at its worst.

He replaced me over and over in our 31 year marriage, coming back afterwards, and finally leaving me for yet another replacement..I am free of this now. Saddest, stressful life I had. Please learn from my mistakes if you are allowing this..🙏
He sure did. 3 weeks after I left!! He tried to get back with an ex after a 3 day Break.

My narc only had a lot, a lot, a lot of female friends and only had a few males friends. Looking back I found out that he mostly dated or slept with all of them or were potential future fuel sources. He also kept a few past supply but, only one has never contacted him. I know now he was that whole time still trying to look for her. I remembered him being in jail for some time but never really knew what happened until one of his former roommates came forward and told me my ex narc tried to kill her when they were living in Rhode Island at the time. She finally got away from him and moved back to Hudson, MA with her parents. It was Christmas 2009 when he decided to show up with a knife, drunk too. He threatened her and her whole family that night. No one was hurt, police came they had to restrain him while he refused to let go if the knife. He was supposrd to serve a 5 year term but they let him out in a year and he began stalking andd trying to make contact with her. It had gotten so bad that she ended up moving out of state. I also had wondered as to why he never changed his ID to a MA ID. He was to keep in contact with his parole officer but, he never did. I am at times even though its been 5 years since my discard still tempted to contact RI police but, everyone tells me let God handle it cause eventually they will get him.

My so-called Twin Flame has some Cluster B tendencies n is like this.. he's clearly terrified to be alone, and embarrasingly, he used to post a new gf on IG every few weeks n believe they're all "The One." Like, he never learned from past mistakes, until i pointed that one out to him.
I feel unwilling to be with him unless he breaks up w his never-ending string of "gf"s (aka, random likewise-desperate ppl he finds n gloms onto/lovebombing each other) first, and spends some time alone to reflect on things, and then come forward as a healed/healthy/whole-within-himself person.
Ofc as a disordered/ego-based/weak-minded person thus far, he has always wanted to take the easy/coward's way out in relationships n wanted me to steal him away. Not willing to do that. This used to infuriate him n make him feel 'justified' to continually punish me, (aka, narcissistic black-&-white perception of ppl).
Ive known many narcissists thruout my life, some even diagnosed by court-ordered psychiatrists, and I would say that this person is not a full-blown narcissist/borderline, but has some tendencies.
Most disordered ppl cannot accept constructive feedback at all, but in the 2.75 years I've known him, he has surprisingly listened n actually grown n evolved a lot/continuously, to give credit where it's due.
And we both have continually experienced ongoing signs n synchronicities n mutual telepathy since we've met, and our connection has always continued to grow n progress, even thru months of no contact, which is why we've tentatively started to accept that we might be so-called Twin Flames.
Twin Flame or not though, i dont tolerate disrespect anymore, and i will also never attempt to steal him away just bc he's too mentally- n emotionally-weak to handle a breakup + a period of solitude, like an adult, and always needs someone to latch onto, like a needy baby.
Honestly, i find it pathetic, but i also understand why ppl become disordered like this in the first place, and so I have an appropriate amt of empathy for the broken/abandoned child within.
This is not my first rodeo w disordered ppl, so ive already healed past this level of trauma. I give him the space to figure things out himself, or not.. and just live my best life :) When we talk, i observe his progress n then go back to my life, since he's still working thru his traumas, and i too am clearing ever deeper n deeper subconscious traumas as they come up to be healed.
I have a deep personal interest n passion for psychology n understanding human (n animal) behaviors/it's like a life purpose for me, so i am thankful to the many disordered ppl ive come across in my life, who have triggered my awareness of various personality disorders, esp my Twin who has stimulated my learning the most.

He flirted constantly, I thought it was cute and harmless. Then when he discarded me it was clear he had a new supply and that have been going on for quite some time which led to a lot more questions that I know I will never get the answers to. And then I realized how he had groomed me, discarded his previous girlfriend for me, remembered the crazy fights they would have in our office which then became my experience with him which I’ve never had with a prior partner and how he used information I shared with him to lovebomb the new person who was also still married and significantly younger. Can you say narcissist
My narc turned one of my kids against me. I’ll NEVER forgive him!!! Or myself for allowing him to do that!!!

Well put. This technique that the narcissist uses reminds me of something a pickup artist might use but not as sophisticated.

Mine I was with for 8 years, she broke things off with me a week before this past Christmas. 2 weeks later had a picture up of her and a much younger guy (7-8 years younger than her) then moved in with him after being caught by her family that she cheated on me the whole time. Now she discarded not only me but her family as well smh
This is exactly what happened to me except my ex wife and I were separated and she groomed the new supply and then blocked the new supply claiming they were pushy and aggressive and blocked them on everything for months saying they misunderstood her support and friendship after the new supply's spouse died and my ex wife tried to get me to stop the divorce. When I didn't, she went back to the new supply and announced a relationship on Facebook before the divorce was finalized. They got married today. I'm still shocked and pissed. Why come back to me if she wanted the supply. I didn't give her any idea that I was bothered by any of it until 10 months later but I never got any explanation.

I was married to a sociopath which is a narc as well. They are always looking for the replacement. She had a couple already lined up and had one that co-signed her car loan to get it out of my name. You mean NOTHING to them at all.

I enjoy your video's, though I wish you'd not always refer to the narcissist as "he." There are so many female narcs out there, and a lot of us dealing with the fallout from being in relationships with them.

Most all these videos only talk as if it’s just men but there are waaaay more women who are narcs
Change the pronoun to suit you. A narc is a narc.there are more women that are vocal about their experience than men, and more women reaching out to him than men.
Actually that is not true. Statistics have shown that woman who are narcassistc are at 20% where as men who are narcs are at 80%.

Why do you always say it’s a man that’s the narcissist I’m a man and had 23 years with a narcissist woman so it’s not just men that are the problem it’s a 2 way street
Because I read that 80% of these men are narcs and only women who are were at only 20%

He lost control of me i put up boundaeys and he did exactly what i knew he would . He was on a date sight while trying to get me back then 2 weeks later. This is the secknd time he has done this and the last . I wont go back

She’s moving in the day I’m out of my home for the last ten years. She complained about the family picture being in the living room and her “having to look at me in the picture with us (narc, me, our son) in it” while she was getting it in the cornholio. I wish it wasn’t so foul…he sneaks her in and wakes my son up in the middle of the night with loud sex. His room shares a wall with his dad’s room- and I’m in the living room on the other end of the house hearing it loud and clear. I KNOW he’s not lying to me…he’s only 8. And neither of them care, and rather actually mocked and heckled me from behind the locked bedroom door as I stood there and BEGGED them to keep it down. This happened nightly for MONTHS. Got it all on audio recording as well though, so sucks for them. J/s. 🤷🏼♀️

Same day, he was with someone else after 3 years. I got him a job at the restaurant I used to work at. I’m pretty sure he’s told my friends that I’m crazy because I’m getting the silent treatment from my old coworkers. He ended up dating the 20 yr old host. 🤦🏾♀️ At least he can’t complain about not getting seated properly anymore
I'll never forget the time I heard the other girl say "she knows.".. I've realized that he just needed someone that didn't know his BSN was weak like a yes man type.
