    Hi Could you please help me?
    I am a begginer in aerial youga i have no body strength at all I dont know if I should keep moving on or give up on it I lovee aerial youga so much I don’t know what to do 🥲

      Yes i can help you! I know that feeling 100%. If you stop now you will have not more body strength until you start again. I wish I knew from the beginning doing gentle and intentional conditioning movements like this one beat all high intensity and lots of reps.
