    Wow this is such a great tutorial! I like how you modified as needed and didn't edit it out. I'm glad this was my very first aerial lesson 😊

    I recently just started taking my Aerial Hoop beginner class, and your video really helps me a lot 🥺!! (Subtle and warm)
    I’m still trying to get used to the dizziness lol.

      I used to be super dizzy too. Can’t spin longer than 10s, but with practice slowly I can do more😚😚you can get it too in no time

    Beautiful as always. Would love to see a video of your uses on the Swedish ladder

      I use it everyday for many different things. I would love to share but not sure if there is an interest. If you had one what would like to use it for?
      I share how i use it to replace basically a gym with this in this reel: instagram.com/reel/CxYQMOSqKQF/?igsh=dWd0em82YzM0Ymlx

      @@aerialpractice TY for the link, I can certainly see its usefulness. I own a small personal training studio for strength and suspension yoga and looking into the usefulness of the apparatus. Though I have cable systems and a 3D smith, I feel something is missing - perhaps the Pilates barrel ladder, or the Swedish ladder. I’d love your opinion.
      PS, I’ve been upset that a recent hip diagnoses will prevent me from pursing the lovely hoop practice but still enjoy your craft.

    So that last hang is like a scap pull up? Thanks, I just got a hoop actually!

    • @aerialpractice
      @aerialpractice  6 месяцев назад

      Correct! Scap pull up and hold before slowly releasing it and repeat. Wow nice! Hope you find this useful!

      Eunice, everything you do is useful to me! I do your videos like 6 days a week, for the past 2+ years. whether it’s floor work or apparatus stuff, I still huff and puff and lightly curse (jk!) at you for making me sweat hard lol. Your conditioning videos have made me so much stronger. Thanks!!!!
      Edit :: your new pic is gorgeous. Hanging with the cat will always be iconic

    Is there a way to stop dizziness when spinning?

    • @aerialpractice

      Yes! I shared these tips in the live spinning class (playback is available for members). If you do not have a member, I share them here too:aerialpractice.com/tutorials/hammock/spin-aerial-hammock/
