bro i got so many problems with mk1 we get 3 super men connected to racism omniman homelander and peacekeeper (his father is the red dragon (also the name was a kano lui kang combo char in armegeddon 2) the actor was leaked to be in this game as a terminator) but we only get 3 count color in base roster *and* dlc. We get mf JOHNNYS SEED CASSIE AND THE REST OF THE KOMBAT KIDS LEAKED * BUT NO JACKI LIKE OMFG*. And after how they did jax dirty in the last game (11)AND the game before(X) they just shuffle him off to a kameo character. We get geras broke back uncle tom "oh yessuh massah kronika/lui kang" looking ass ...all the way back from period sea just to be a house slave instead of a field slave answering to another Gawd but its ok. The only other two is rain and tanya both whos dope asf but the only other dlc leaked or shown is jade a literal concubine and also in last game but again no jacki... no nightwolf ,sektor or cyrax (both kameos)too. like rip man it really sucks that we make up 13% of america alone ( the population of the African continent as well as diaspora African descendents in the Americas, Europe, the Carribean and other places - and this number would total also roughly 1.15-1.3 billion - about the same percentage, maybe 15-17% of the global population.)
and mk is THREE DIFFERENT WORLDS FIGHTING yet we get all we get playable is 3.the rest of our our charactors shafted to kameos. All while magan fox gets to be her vampsona. Id rather sonya here to just complete the damn family instead.

Johnny is the comic relief character who is necessary in Mortal Kombat.
Sonya is the military girl, often a love interest for Johnny and she has her rivalry with Kano, so 2-3 aspects that expand on her.
Kano is the grimey, opportunistic a-hole, who has the rivalry with Sonya and does seem to have a small dedicated fanbase in the community."
Jax is the only one, who is nothing more than Sonyas military partner. You could say that he adds diversity points, but for that you'll have Geras, Tanya-ish and obviously all the Asians. Who knows, they might even make Nitara darker this time around"

Also Asain isn't all treated equally and I have to keep shedding awarenes on this bc 1 most if not all in varying degrees have very ingrained xenophobia and/or colorism and 2 usually it come to racism with politeness with some smiles... but for others EXTHNO CLEANSING (Kinda simular to how lui kang cleansed the rosters of a more diverse cast lol)CHINESE CONSENTRACTION CAMPS WITH CHINESE MUSLIMS IN THERE RIGHT NOW STILL DYING!!! live action mulan even thanked those exact camps i bs u not go check.
