  • Without hinges, it'd be pretty hard to open doors. In today's video, I show you how I go about making my barrel style hinges on all pits that come out of GreenMoney Fabrications.       Only a few lol. But I've gotten pretty decent at it, so wanted to share with people so they might have an easier time getting to this point. One less thing ya have to buy lol

    What size round and tube did you use for your hinges? What round did you use for the jig?

      The round stock I use is 5/8", and I machined the tube to be a 5/8" fit and then sliced it with a cutting wheel to allow for expansion with the heat. What I do now is use a brass bushing with a 5/8" I'd and a 3/4" od and use 3/4" id tubing
