- These primary industries don't behave like any others.
NewGRFs that fix oil production:
- Temperate Oil Wells CAN increase
- OpenGFX+ Industries - allows you to configure what industries are available on any climate.
- BSPI - augments default industries with interesting mechanics such as supplying valuables increases primary production
- Any industry replacement set, i.e. FIRS, ECS, YETI, etc Игры
You can also plant trees when the production drops, pushing the numbers back up again.
more knowledge I can use to make my friends think I am actually good at OpenTTD despite being at best average! great video really enjoyed it.
Love your OpenTTD tutorials. SUBBED!
really interesting facts :) thank you
1:36 Woah! I thought for a second you had a 'swimming whales' GRF installed. Then I realized it was the shadow of a plane...
Every openttd player gangstas 'till lumbermill have an announcement to close.
Just kidding....
Hi! How do you get the old style signals when using the NUTS train set? I want to use that set but I don't like the high resolution signals but it looks like you're using it with the old ones. How did you do that?
In the menu where you add/remove new grfs if you select NUTS there should be a “set parameters” button in the bottom right somewhere. Click on that and there should be settings to choose how signals appear.
@@LugnutsK thanks so much!
"That's 800 wood per month, for free... for 1.6 million pounds."
I'm not sure it's exactly FREE then, tbh
Free for the transporter ;)
i dont know if youll read this but what grf are using for the stations?
ISR - Industrial Station Renewal!
1:21 did your train just flew into the water I'm confused
In Transparency Options, bridges were set to invisible.
You videos are very useful. Can you make a video about panaltizing trains? Please. Thx
nirasa I’m not sure I know enough about YAPF to do a good job with that video, but I do know what usually works from experience. Generally I use level crossings or backwards two way pbs signals to penalize paths.
In terms of penalty power:
Level crossing < backwards pbs < station piece
@@LugnutsK I understand and thank you.
For those who like realistic network design in OpenTTD: There is a channel called M4J_Gaming (ruclips.net/user/M4J3FFR135 ) who has an OpenTTD series in which he builds out a realistic network based on British railways. All aspects of his network are as realistic as it can be within the limitations of OpenTTD's Joker patch pack.
I made a map on scenario editor but it wasn’t that efficient
What would happen if you hade just two one way lines next to each over then you have 500 train going up and town going to coal mines and then power plants but it works for a year then suddenly it blocks up what should I do
Make sure the trains have a good flow.
Exit and entrance lines, proper singles. And tunnels or bridges to keep things consistent at junctions
good video
I also record ottd but I'm not that good
Subscribed :) always good to have more OTTD creators
@@LugnutsK :-) thanks
