In regards to Ainz being unwilling to spend money from the Treasury in the New World. This is another thing to consider. The greater the amount of gold or other money that is active in circulation, the value of gold will plummet. This is the basic rule of inflation and the principle of supply and demand. This is true whether it be on a local, regional or national level.
If he wanted to, Ainz could effectively ruin the economy of every nation in the new world, simply by introducing a fraction of Nazerick's gold supply to the market.
But wouldn't that make people question him where he got the gold in the 1st place?
This video made me understand why Ainz now talks to Pluto about revitalizing the adventurers guild on season 4.

@@Ok-nz7gy I only do this type of thing in increments of years, so if I go past 365 you know I'm in it for the long haul
There are always obstacles.
Couldn't Ainz occasionally have summoned some monsters to pester a rich noble, creating job opportunities for Momon?
The final obstacle is creating internet and modern conveniences in the new world, where Ainz can just be an otaku all day enjoying his subjects creations for all of eternity. He can just make his favorite director, artist, singer, and etc immortal for all of eternity to. So endless entertainment for all of eternity.
@@TrueFork That is genius
thanks for the video bro
Does money spawn out of nothing in the new world? Otherwise, mmoga-style gold sinks would have a catastrophic effect on non-fiat money over time.
it technically can but it's a bit of a process. one way and the one currently used by the sorcerer kingdom is to farm weath and throw it in the grinder so it becomes gold and replenish the ground of nourishment once in a while with magic. so basically you need to use magic to make it renewable. there was also a mention about a spell that can create ore but it was mentioned to be on the crapy side.
@@theprettypetard2524 its might be a shit spell but if its so bad maybe low lvl human or monsters could cast in as there job
@@theprettypetard2524 Thanks. I heard about the grinder but thought it would just shift the vanishing of gold to other resources(phosphorus and potassium), magical nourishment mends that.
@@slothgeneral6965 well depending on the lvl of bad it may not be economically viable to use it since unless you are using slaves wich seems mostly outlawed in the sorcerous kingdom you need to pay your worker. even if you considder the income from tax it would likely still be quite the burden to have to fund that. though to be fair administrative cost and public work cost are dramatically lower so there is maybe room for it on the budget.
@@theprettypetard2524 i was thinking a kinda happy farm senario. :D evil laughter.
As TrueFork said "Couldn't Ainz occasionally have summoned some monsters to pester a rich noble, creating job opportunities for Momon?"
He actualy could have done this
@@schaargock Yeah i mean fuck smart con
I think at some point people would’ve gotten suspicious. Especially if there was no cause to the monster attack and if they are of unknown origin
@@N120Xeno ya think they have brains?
Webnovel says trillions of coins not million 100 of trilion
In a couple of millenia...
I know right, from the anime since i havent started the novels yet I thought things were tought, mans just penny pinching to be cautious.
