For most jobs you can add a mark up to the material costs starting around 35% and then add your time. This is all dependent on what your market can handle as well as what your running costs are for your business. Someone with less overhead could charge lower prices and get away with it. One of the best options though is to do a bit of market research and call around or search your local market to see what others are charging for that service and price accordingly.
I believe that 30 second cleaner is not approved for pressure washers. If any if that gets in pump it will damage the pump. Even with suction I still get concerned about damage.
No worries, just remember, its bleach based, so spray water on anything you dont want bleached(like plants and flowers), and remember to run water through your siphon tube on your pressurewasher to clean it out when done so it doesnt damage internal parts. 🤙🏽
Yeah, the krud kutter does a good job if you are worried about the bleach overspray, and you are ok with the extra work required. Its not fully spray on/spray off, unless you can get really close
You should NEVER use sodium hydroxide (bleach)on ANY house siding... vinyl, James Hardie or aluminum. Bleach will make vinyl siding become brittle, it will cause James Hardie (concrete/fiber board) to rot. ALL siding cleaned with bleach will become chalky when it drys. Always presoak, use a non-bleach cleaner, scrub with a brush and rinse. It may be more work but your house siding will not be permanently damaged. "PROFESSIONAL" house washer's do not use sodium hydroxide (bleach).
I'm guessing you're a "professional house cleaner". Sorry but you could try bartending? The 30 second cleaner works great, it's fast, and my siding is just fine. After all, you rinse it right off when you're done. So you didn't scare me. Sorry.
The key aspect of this video is a head to head of the chemicals. Even without the J-Rod, the Bleach based cleaner requires far less work as its literally spray on, let it sit, spray off. As mentioned, its not the best option for some people, and a biodegradeable soap like the KrudKutter is the way to go. Separate video on attachments is in the works though. Thanks for the input!

You don't have the correct tips for washing a house with the pressure washer. Get a jrod and wash the house properly.

You don’t “need” a jrod it’s just more effective

Or just buy bleach.
You arent wrong but 30sec house wash wont destroy the soil around your house like bleach does.
regular bleach is just 5% 30 seconds is 10%

Never allow any product to dry on the house surfaces.... if you do, then HAND SCRUBBING POWER is what you use!
