I've been through many traumatic experiences (I was widowed twice by the time I turned 40). I only remember bits and pieces of what happened.
Different strokes for different folks. Everybody reacts differently to situations like that.
I’ve watched this video numerous times and in my opinion it’s the most telling interview out there.
I love how they seem to know everything about everything until it comes to the details of that day, the autopsy report and the terms of the interviews. Then they suddenly forget everything.
And deflect, deflect, deflect! They didn’t answer several questions.
And speaking like they would talk about stolen tv. No emotions, no tears just cold and speaking all around the topic. Their interviews reveal a lot.

You can always tell when someone knows nothing about this case. How? When they write that the Ramseys are guilty. The Ramseys have been cleared by every piece of evidence and every real investigator who has come within a mile of this case. Why in any interview don't they ask that question ask the question I know we was a minor so did those records have to be sealed I know through the HIPAA laws the medical records have to be sealed but couldn't they be subpoenaed and opened both children would defecating in their beds both children were wetting their beds

Burke was actually interviewed that very afternoon at about 2 p.m., when he was still there, by detective Patterson who was on the scene at the Ramsey's house that morning. Neither parent was present for that interview that was recorded, nor did they know that was happening. Burke was taken to where the parents were at their friend's house & John told him then that JB was deceased. After that interview with Dr Phil & then the abysmal fall-out after that despicable Bogus CBS show was aired in 2016, Patterson publicly stated on national TV that he’d conducted an interview with 9 year old Burke & he didn't know Anything & he was very worried that his little sister was still missing.
Burke was interviewed 10 days after the murder of his 6 year old sister, by a child service's officer, that took Hours. No lawyer or parents were with him & his parents had Allowed that interview to take place. The public have seen a few snippets of that interview, from shows on utube, the 'bits' that suit the agenda of the channels. Same in relation to the interview with a detective when Burke was 11. That went on over 2 days, no lawyer nor his parents were with him & again, his parents Allowed that interview to take place.
Then, the poor Kid received a Subpoena to appear before the grand jury & off he went to do that Also, neither parent present & NO Lawyer there Either.
N.B. - that was a black & white photo at the bottom of the page, Nobody could tell what the hell that was. Burke tried very hard to work out what he was supposed to see, eventually he said about a glass. That idiot detective kept saying pineapple, pineapple, pineapple. LOL. Burke thought that what was in the bowl may have been cereal because it looked like muck, in that photo. All items on that table were Staged by the perps, as were Lots of items all over the house. There were 18 Chunks of pineapple in that bowl. There were more than one 18s within this crime. Meyer's lucky number was 18. That bowl had the leftover icing from the kids & friends Xmas party on the 23rd, the bowl was with other bowls & containers on the table that had the lollies for the decorating of the gingerbread houses. In photos from that party, the bowl can be seen. Patsy bought a large bag of icing. That big heavy bowl was kept in a top cupboard in the kitchen. From whatever tabloid, book or utube show, people now say that pineapple & milk was Burke & JB's favourite. LOL. It was Not. Forensic science Proved that JB did Not eat Any of that pineapple. BTW - pineapple is Acidic, it would Curdle friggin Milk.
Burke had just turned 7 when he Accidentally hit JB with a toy golf club from a Backswing, it clocked her on the top of the cheekbone, he cried about it for a week. Nothing Else. The ever changing faeces Stories are Not true.
He was Asked what he thought happened to his little sister. He was friends with the White’s kids & the Stine’s kids who obviously were Not told the Details about all that happened to their little friend. As Kids, just like adults, they Speculate & they Overhear adults talking.
The announcement through the media at the time was the True cause of death, Asphyxiation. The family were later told there was damage to the child’s skull. Both gross & Separate fractures were just After her death. As per, the hierarchy within the police do Not release all information, even to their own cops. The Fact is that the 1st fracture was Open front to back & nearly the length of the skull, the 2nd was a hole, the skull piece being split in 2 & inside. This total BS about a ‘bonk on the head’ grew legs because of Steve Thomas & his loon book of BS, that’s Why he was sued & then James Kolar did one better & said Burke did the head bonk. Thomas the twit was about to be fired for his despicable scenario & Kolar the clown Was fired for his rot with the added on BS coming from Jim Clemente in 2016.
Why do tabloids print sensational headlines whether true or false? $$$. Why do 'authors' put a book together based on the same information from the magazines & TV shows? $$$.
In the U.S., for the past 2 years, newscasts & talk shows have been getting out the info about the DNA again but they don't go into enough detail, too scared to be mobbed I presume. I see on utube, an explosion of podcasters pumping out shows since that time frame. They pump out the Same false & misleading information over & over again like well trained monkeys & many make up more garbage to keep all the Ramsey bashers entertained & Excited to be fired up.
DNA is Science & science doesn’t lie. What I notice, is that only the Ramsey bashers Ignore that Scientific evidence. Of course, like soo much of the other Truth around this case, people have cherry picked what they choose to believe but at the same time, the Facts about the DNA are not detailed enough, thorough - being from the 1st week, unknown male DNA mixed with JB's DNA, under both of her pinkie fingernails. That was just the First results & it’s Known - Two unknown male DNA, several places on JB’s person. The DNA from one has been in CODIS since 2003.
People don't realise that the cops do Not release the Case Evidence to the media & so, the public have No Idea what the Actual evidence of perpetrators in the house Is, nor do the public know all that Really happened to JB.
People need to understand that this crime for money & revenge was very, Very well Planned. Everything was set up to incriminate all Ramseys if they called the cops. Just to clarify, there were Two severe skull fractures that occurred just after JB was strangled to death. Both were Precise & also pre-planned if the cops were called & so, all 3 weapons were at hand. That flashlight was Never a weapon used & did Not belong to the Ramseys. All the Stories about Burke, pineapple & the flashlight grew legs After that Bogus CBS show went to air in 2016. Lots of people Chose to believe that utter Nonsense because they’re not very Bright.
FYI - Burke was Never even a suspect & that’s Why, within the Multitude of TV shows before 2016, he was never mentioned because the journos & presenters had No reason/cause to talk about him.
John claims he didn't know she was dead until he picked her up, but Fleet White says he screamed and moaned before the light went on in the cellar.
That room used to be a coal bin & that's why it had no window & was cement rendered many years before & the Ramseys used it as a storage room, the Xmas trees were kept in there plus some other stuff. The light switch fixture was at an odd place. One had to step Inside, go to the left & the fixture was on the other side of the beam. When John did that the body under white blankets was basically in front of him. When one stepped Inside to do that, one was out of the doorway & the basement lights shone through. A test was later carried out & it was proven that John could See.

It's weird how in this interview they claim to not remember much about how the morning went but in their book they have so many details about it

Interesting.......yet extreme stress generally makes things slow in your mind and all events are burned forever into the memory. @No One Yes!!! This theory just occurred to me!! John could probably tell that it was a mortal head wound. He had been in the Navy, and I am sure they must teach all military how to recognize mortal wounds, because it might make a difference of whether or not to leave your comrade behind in battle.
I feel like they panicked, were afraid to take her to the hospital for fear of they or Burke being arrested. I feel John took complete, intimidating control of the situation, and dictated the rest of the events which occurred from there. I get this sad, mournful feeling from Patsy in interviews. I believe she was forced to play along.

@@jimwerther Yes, whenever you're asking why you hired lawyers, "my friend told me to" is probably one of the funniest answers you could give. Its a break in a logic. "Why did you punch that man?" - "My friend told me to" That is hilarious. If he had said "I punched that guy because my friend told me he saw a knife in his pocket and was about to stab me" the answer would be logical. If his friend told him to get lawyers because the friend could see they were being targeted by the police, he should have said so. And finally, the police were giving them all the space in the world, so it's really weird that the friend perceived the police were out to get the family.

Your answer makes clear that you are unfamiliar with the basic facts of this case. Within a couple of days of the murder, while the Ramseys were in total shock and heavily sedated, and Patsy unable to even do basic human functions without assistance, John's friend found out that they were being targeted by the narcs at the Boulder PD who were running the investigation. Instead of weighing down John further with the details, he asked John if he could do what he needed to do on his behalf. John, who was barely functional for weeks after his daughters murder, agreed without even knowing what he was agreeing to. And John's friend was correct in what he did.
With all due respect, the torture and murder of a child is hardly humorous,and neither is falsely accusing people of doing such. Without knowing the basic facts of the case, it is better not to chime in on it.

Even though the note clearly said they were being watched, and not to call anyone. So right away, they went against what the note said, and then, they didn't even act concerned, when the time for the call was supposed to come in. That time came and went, and no one seemed to notice. These people are guilty of covering up a crime, and tampering with evidence. And who are they going to cover for? Burke, their son.

That’s incorrect information, there wasn’t an extra pair of “ long johns”, also she was strangled first . On her neck there were c - shaped marks where JB was digging into her skin with her nails trying to pull the cord off as she was being strangled . That’s in the autopsy, cannot be disputed. The head blow would of rendered her unconscious, she was not unconscious when she was strangled.
K Mac actually she was hit on the head first, then strangled about an hour later, according to information released recently.
Alicia Engel false , she was strangled first , that has been determined in the autopsy. JB had marks on her neck that were from her trying to pull the ligature off her neck - c-shaped marks from her nails. Had the blow to her head came first , she’d be completely unconscious. Autopsy also showed that she had blood vessels burst in her eyes from strangulations, something that would not have happened if she were already dead as well as no bleeding on the brain . You really need to read the the autopsy on JB as well as listen to the medical experts on her death before repeating rumors.
Alicia Engel the dna under her nails matched the dna found in her underwear in two different places . This dna belongs to an unknown male , and clears everyone in the family.
The parents knew how, when, where and why it happened!!!!

5:40 Patsy separates herself from what she is describing that morning she found the note; she says, “You don’t know what to do” rather than “I didn’t know what to do”. This suggests that she’s either disassociating (too painful) or unable to recall an accurate, firsthand reaction to an event as it happened because it is untrue.

The relationship between trauma and memory loss is extremely well researched and, therefore, extremely well documented. In fact, the majority of people who have a profoundly traumatic experience will have difficulty recalling events surrounding said experience. The science has overwhelmingly demonstrated the positive correlation between trauma and memory loss.

When the traumatic event is over the memory will uncover. This is why some people remember a traumatic event in detail sometime afterwards.

It is a fact that if Either of the fractures had occurred Before death, the skull would have been filled with blood, it Wasn't. John Ramsey spent all his money on lawyers and investigators, until he had no more money, and they continued to work for him pro bono because they believe in him so strongly. After Patsy died, John Ramsey was actually living in a double-wide trailer for some time. No, he certainly did not make money on this. What the first detective observed in the house was crucial. If every detail of the first day had been thoroughly analyzed, they would have solved this crime a long time ago. I think they did, but couldn't prove, because of the mistakes the police made... The ransom letter is a key piece, as it looks more like a confession than a ransom note. The "911 call" was odd, disastrous. En all the people interviewed in this case showed much more emotion than the family itself. Very weird case from day one... Lots of RED flags!

A few of the letters had the formation Similar to the formation of Some of Patsy’s letters because that’s how it was SET UP To BE. The letter formations were Not the only aspect that told the Real experts that NO Ramsey was involved in the writing of that Ridiculous note. And, the public have Never SEEN Patsy’s actual writing.
From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under both of JB’s pinkie fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months & so of course, the public too. The same Steve Thomas who had Never worked a murder case before but later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but that was Never tested. Steve Thomas got around the office constantly talking about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene when the Ramsey’s attorneys found out about the 2 spots of blood & the DA finally ordered that to be tested. The blood was JBs plus Unknown male DNA being saliva mixed in one spot of the blood. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was now Two lots of Unknown male DNA evidence, from the media & so from the public domain.
The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media from the very beginning & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. Two of them went around the exterior at separate times early that morning, one with a flashlight. Both failed to see those windows under the grate where one was clearly broken at the top section, being a gaping hole. That broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point.

The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carnes got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. Patsy claimed before dawn she found the 3-page ransom letter on the steps of the staircase, one page next to the other, but instead of picking it up she read the first lines. Then she creamed for John, then she ran downstairs and looked into JonBenets bedroom and immediately knew she "was gone" - in a mansion with 100+ rooms plus garden!!! But when detective Arndt asked John to search the house from top (!) to bottom he went straight down to the basement, straight to the wine cellar room and said "I found her" BEFORE (according to Fleet White) he turned on the light. Give me a break!!! From day one the Ramseys started a PR campaign gaslighting the public and promoting their innocence.

I mentioned just one detail of a case I know very, very well. In fact, all members of the Ramsey family were cleared across the board by virtually everyone involved in the case. Note that the DNA excluded them, too. They are unquestionably innocent, as per every piece of available evidence. The search continues to identify the killer or killers. And hopefully, now that public-sourced genetic genealogy has entered picture, this case can be solved sooner rather than later. No one wishes it more than does John Ramsey, who has pushed for years for the latest scientific developments to be used in order to finally arrest his daughter's killer.

To save him from the Trauma going on downstairs, Burke was taken to the Whites at 7.15 a.m., in Fact, where many adult relatives of the Whites were present & their 2 kids. Burke was actually interviewed that very afternoon at about 2 p.m., when he was still there, by detective Patterson who was on the scene at the Ramsey's house that morning. Neither parent was present for that interview that was recorded, nor did they know that was happening. Burke was taken to where the parents were at their friend's house & John told him then that JB was deceased. After that interview with Dr Phil & then the abysmal fall-out after that despicable Bogus CBS show was aired in 2016, Patterson publicly stated on national TV that he’d conducted an interview with 9 year old Burke & he didn't know Anything & he was very worried that his little sister was still missing.
Burke was interviewed 10 days after the murder of his 6 year old sister, by a child service's officer, that took Hours. No lawyer or parents were with him & his parents had Allowed that interview to take place. The public have seen a few snippets of that interview, from shows on utube, the 'bits' that suit the agenda of the channels. Same in relation to the interview with a detective when Burke was 11. That went on over 2 days, no lawyer nor his parents were with him & again, his parents Allowed that interview to take place.
Then, the poor Kid received a Subpoena to appear before the grand jury & off he went to do that Also, neither parent present & NO Lawyer there Either.
N.B. - that was a black & white photo at the bottom of the page, Nobody could tell what the hell that was. Burke tried very hard to work out what he was supposed to see, eventually he said about a glass. That idiot detective kept saying pineapple, pineapple, pineapple. LOL. Burke thought that what was in the bowl may have been cereal because it looked like muck, in that photo. All items on that table were Staged by the perps, as were Lots of items all over the house. There were 18 Chunks of pineapple in that bowl. There were more than one 18s within this crime. Meyer's lucky number was 18. The only reason this case has not been solved is because the Boulder Police refuses to pass it on to a reputable agency - Denver Homicide, Colorado Police, FBI, anyone - who would then use familial DNA to solve the case. The Boulder PD knows quite well that once the perpetrator is identified that the Boulder PD will be exposed as the clowns that they are. John Ramsey has begged the Boulder PD to pass on the case to any professional group with the determination and resources to resolve it, but Boulder PD won't do it. John has said that he wants to be alive when the monster is finally caught, but the children running Boulder PD couldn't care less. For shame.

From whatever tabloid, book or utube show, people now say that pineapple & milk was Burke & JB's favourite. LOL. It was Not. Forensic science Proved that JB did Not eat Any of that pineapple. BTW - pineapple is Acidic, it would Curdle friggin Milk.
They had all been up since 6 - 6.30 a.m. that Xmas Day morning & the kids played all day & with friends that afternoon & then again for half the night at the White's Xmas dinner party til about 9 p.m. JB fell into an Exhausted sleep when they got in the car to go home, making 2 stops on the way to drop off presents. JB was only 6 years old, she Did NOT Wake Up After That.
Burke did Not say on the Dr Phil interview that he ‘woke up & went downstairs’ to play with a toy. He walked in the door & went straight to his multi-storey car garage that he was given for Xmas. His father went downstairs, helped him put that together for 15-20 minutes then took him up to his room & helped him get ready for bed. The kids Never went downstairs on their own at night.
Burke had just turned 7 when he Accidentally hit JB with a toy golf club from a Backswing, it clocked her on the top of the cheekbone, he cried about it for a week. Nothing Else. The ever changing faeces Stories are Not true.
He was Asked what he thought happened to his little sister in that interview 10 days later. He was friends with the White’s kids & the Stine’s kids who obviously were Not told the Details about all that happened to their little friend. One needs to Think about WHY that police Evidence of the 911 recording was put on a TV programme After the Ramsey’s book was released & they had appeared on the Larry King show in March 2000 where they spoke publicly about some of the cops’ failings. John & Patsy were So upset, they went on national TV & told the World what they had just been accused of & challenged the cops to cough-up with the tape. All went quiet. Please note, all this was After the grand jury hearing that took 13 months & where Burke was again questioned for a long time by the Special Prosecutor this time, Michael Kane. Next thing, a TV Show has the recording, Words are put on screen & suddenly it's supposedly All 3 Ramseys in the background.

IF the cops Actually had Any Ramseys in the background because Patsy didn’t hang up, the recording would have been played til the end & all would have heard CLICK. Under that phone on the wall, was a cupboard. If Patsy had put the handset down, all would have heard CLUNK.

It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene when the Ramsey’s attorneys found out about the 2 spots of blood & the DA finally ordered that to be tested. The blood was JBs plus Unknown male DNA being saliva mixed in one spot of the blood. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was now Two lots of Unknown male DNA evidence, from the media & so from the public domain.
The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media from the very beginning & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. Two of them went around the exterior at separate times early that morning, one with a flashlight. Both failed to see those windows under the grate where one was clearly broken at the top section, being a gaping hole. That broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point.

Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He made up a time of death to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. There was No basis for that case to go forward to trial so Wolfe lost. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with samples of the letters from the note down columns & letters Next to those, exactly the same, As If Patsy wrote those letters, it’s all Fake.

Then all the books of BS with all the versions of Whatever, took the case into a whole new level & the never ending same old same old False information continues with many making up New false information for the titillation factor. Years down the track James Kolar was in the office of the DA, Mary Lacy, for a very short time & was Fired. He also ran off to write His book of BS & blamed Burke because he needed new fodder. Like Steve Thomas, Kolar had Never worked a murder case either. His ‘Story’ was so ludicrous, no publisher would touch it. He had to pay to self-publish & to very poor sales. In his interview with Lou Smith, John's associated (also named John) collected the money, but didn't bring it to the house. The police were making copies of all the bills. So yes, the money was arranged but by the time it was ready the body had already been found.

He later said that his little girl went missing x long before this event & after searching everywhere she was found under her bed. So his story went. He was interviewed more than once about his actions for the morning of the 26th & at his own house as well & he was losing it by the time they all travelled to Atlanta for the funeral, where he carried a gun. There was an incident at Patsy's parent's house because he wasn't coping. He was interviewed 17 times in total & went to the governor eventually to demand that a grand jury be convened to save his own ass. Even when he & John went down the basement at 1 p.m., Fleet never said anything about having been down the basement already. He later told the cops that when he was down there, he had flipped the latch down from above & pulled open the cellar door but it was pitch dark, he couldn't find the light switch & walked away. Being a coal bin/cellar originally, that cement room had no windows & the light fixture was in an odd place, one had to step inside, go left for x many steps & it was on the other side of a beam about half way down. 3 cops were down the basement early that morning at Different times. French couldn’t flip the latch down that was at the top of the cellar door so he walked away. Reichenbach pulled the door knob, it had a bit of give he said, he walked away. So, for this reason alone, made what Fleet said later, Very suspicious. Weiss was down there taking photos. Fleet nor any cops went through the train room door either & so to those windows in the craft’s room where one was broken. The perps did Not enter or exit through that window, but that is Not the point. The BPD have always kept That fact hidden from the public also - their cops didn’t know about those windows in the basement at all & Nobody was looking for JB, they were tasked to check entry & exit points. It wasn't til that evening when the cops went back that they saw the broken window & that's Why the 'famous' photo of the open window was taken in the Night. John was also down the basement before 8 that morning because he knew someone could get in that window as he done in the summer when he locked himself out of the house. He had broken that window, reached in to unlock it & then got through there, as he had done before. Those windows couldn't be obviously seen from ground level & that one was the cheapest to fix. The morning of the 26th, he saw the broken window was open a fraction & he locked it. He saw the suitcase against the wall under the window & thought that was odd because he had put it in the cupboard under the stairs down there a while before Xmas & said he was sure it was empty. He had to get back upstairs in case the call came in, 8-10, though the note said Tomorrow. He knew at least one cop had been down the basement & presumed he had checked out that window. When he first went to go in the train room door, there was a chair-stool against the door & a few things next to it, also against the door. He moved the chair to the side & went through. When he came out, he put the chair back as it was. The broken window & the suitcase being where he saw it was bothering him in those hours waiting but he Thought the cops Knew. Like most people, one trusts that the cops know what they're doing but he was to find out later that no cop had seen those windows & so the broken one, even when going around the outside with a flashlight. When Fleet told John that Arndt had said for them to go look around for anything out of place, John took Fleet to show him that window & he told him how he had broken it ages before & why. They were on the floor looking for any glass at all. They had checked the 2 cupboards in that co-joined room first. John noticed fresh paint off the keyhole of the one that used to be an elevator. That was a self locking door & if someone got in there & shut it they couldn't get out. Many days later, the inside of the door was found to have been damaged, being 2 splits down the inside of it that wasn't like that before. The basement had been painted about 1 year previously. When John got up off the floor to walk out of the craft's room, Fleet moved the suitcase away from the wall & found one tiny piece of glass there & put it on top of the suitcase. That's Why the suitcase was in That position, re; the photo. John didn't see Fleet do that. When they went to enter the train room door, the chair was to the side in the hall & a small table was against the door with an Easter basket on top of it & a few other things, so gear was still blocking the door. The broken window was wide open. The Facts Are - the perps put the chair & items against the train room door to block it & the cops thought it was a cupboard & walked past it. When the cops left, the perps went back into that room & one scooted up to try & see where the cops were on that side of the house. He dropped the truckies' mirror that they used for seeing around corners & that can be seen in crime scene photos, against the wall under the window. Because the cops’ video footage was done in the night, the camera had the light on at the front & the round glass object there is shining. The perps were exiting the train room door & they moved the chair to the hall & put the table against the door with the basket & stuff on top & other things either side, so it was still blocked. The moving of the chair & table served the purpose. The reason why the cops couldn't flip the latch down - the perps had a device to hold the latch in place. The items used were picked up by the crime scene techs but it wasn't known Then what those items were about. From what John noticed that morning & at 1 p.m. & from what he was told later, he tried to tell the cops that someone must have been in the basement when the cops were down there, he was ignored, he was Right. The perps had already placed & moved Many things in the basement & all over the house. This led to a blame game, like a 3-ringed circus, in relation to Fleet, the housekeeper & both of them attributing some of the factors, back to the Ramseys. One needs to know that cops ask questions, they don't say Why a question is asked & they don't get back to that person with any resolution about Whatever, so all parties were kept in the dark & so, forever suspicious of each other. Patsy & John did Not believe Fleet was involved but they had questions due to Fleet’s behaviour, up to & including in Atlanta & even after that. It was the Whites who stopped talking to the Ramseys, not the other way around. Nobody has ever been identified by that DNA and if they were a predator something would have come from it. I'm not saying the parents or the brother did it. I'm just saying this case was mishandled, jonbenet might never get justice the chances are slim to none anyways and the parents are just too angry and defensive for my taste. A kidnapper eyeing this child would simply snatch her off the street. These parents didn't have a strong loving bond with this child. I NEVER allowed my kids to run around our neighborhood at that age, they were MUCH older when they were allowed to be outside unsupervised. Patsy wrote that note. I'm not trained in handwriting styles, but I have eyes and that writing is HER's.
I read somewhere that Jonbenet would go play with the neighborhood kids for hours and somewhere said something like "she left at 1 and came back at 4" but she's 6!!! No one was watching these kids?
Let’s remember this was the 90’s. Children of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s played outside, and these neighborhoods were considered to be safe. As time went on, we knew better and parents today are much more cautious. I would take anything the housekeeper said with a grain of salt. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene when the Ramsey’s attorneys found out about the 2 spots of blood & the DA finally ordered that to be tested. The blood was JBs plus Unknown male DNA being saliva mixed in one spot of the blood. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was now Two lots of Unknown male DNA evidence, from the media & so from the public domain.
The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media from the very beginning & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. Two of them went around the exterior at separate times early that morning, one with a flashlight. Both failed to see those windows under the grate where one was clearly broken at the top section, being a gaping hole. That broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point.

After JB was found not long after 1 p.m., they were questioned again & then they were sent away as the house was then a crime scene. John was asked if they would attend the PD on the 28th & samples were taken from all Ramseys & John was questioned for 2 hours. They were already advised to get lawyers on the 27th because they were being targeted & still John spoke Alone with the cops that day of the 28th, as said for Two hours. Patsy was so ill, John asked Commander Eller if the cops could come to the friend's house to question her more there, Eller refused. They became aware that the cops were putting out False information about that morning & the cops' reports were contradicting each others. The BPD had gone into damage control because the child was found deceased in the home when the Cops Should Have Found Her Early That Morning & the cops were Desperate to keep that quiet as well as other that they did & didn't do, total Incompetence. The Ramseys attorneys Took Over, that's how it Goes. John had already hired a private investigator & the cops Don't Like PIs because they have the Right to the cop's information & evidence gathering. The BPD were holding their child's body for Ransom sighting the formal interviews were to be done when They said So. The arrangement was for the Ramseys to attend the PD for those upon their return from burying their child in Atlanta. The cops cancelled that arrangement & on & on the hassles went til April where the Ramseys were interviewed for many Hours, officially, same questions & the transcripts show that they answered Everything & did everything they were asked to do. The Ramseys were the ones who arranged the next interviews Because they were Desperate for some Action from the Cops who couldn't tie their own shoelaces & so, those recorded interviews went ahead in '98 & those went on for Hours over 3 days. By the time this Larry King interview was on TV they had also answered Questions over & over with other reporters on TV & talk show hosts on TV. So deary, for You to say that they 'had their book' to read from to answer questions is Ludicrous & really, just stick to your one hour made up TV crime shows, that tell ya the ending, True crime is way too much for you.

The Boulder PD hired 2 private handwriting analysts & they also took the note to the Secret Service for 2 of Their experts, all 4 said NO Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. A few of the letters had the formation Similar to the formation of Patsy’s letters because that’s how it was SET UP to Be. The letter formations were Not the only aspect that told the Real experts that NO Ramsey was involved in the writing of that Ridiculous note. And, the public have Never SEEN Patsy’s actual writing.
From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under both of JB’s pinkie fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months & so of course, the public too. The same Steve Thomas who had Never worked a murder case before but later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but that was Never tested. Steve Thomas got around the office constantly talking about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene when the Ramsey’s attorneys found out about the 2 spots of blood & the DA finally ordered that to be tested. The blood was JBs plus Unknown male DNA being saliva mixed in one spot of the blood. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was now Two lots of Unknown male DNA evidence, from the media & so from the public domain.
The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media from the very beginning & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. Two of them went around the exterior at separate times early that morning, one with a flashlight. Both failed to see those windows under the grate where one was clearly broken at the top section, being a gaping hole. That broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point.
*Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. FYI - the vote was Not for murder. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA actually Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The jurors were Conned into believing Patsy wrote that Ridiculous note, that’s All.*
The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, the reading of his Pathetic letter blaming the DA for his Own failings, was his Marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of Lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That, either. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his ‘Story’. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued with a bevy of actual Seasoned private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another.
What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day.
Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He made up a time of death to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. There was No basis for that case to go forward to trial so Wolfe lost. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with samples of the letters from the note down columns & letters Next to those, exactly the same, As If Patsy wrote those letters, it’s all Fake.
Every man & his dog has been out to make Money off the back of this high profile crime.
The Ramseys & Loads of others, including known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago.
The DNA from one of the unknown males was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - same unknown male DNA as from the underpants at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly & Officially in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of, Plus the DNA from the unknown male, that had also cleared John Mark Karr in 2006, who said he did it.
Next testing in 2016 with Advanced forensics - 2 male DNA on the long-johns, one is hispanic. The other is a white guy, Seen crossing the Ramsey’s backyard after they left for the White’s Xmas dinner. This was reported & newsworthy at the time. All the false & misleading information given to the media by the BPD did push this vital piece of Evidence under the rug. Then all the books of BS with all the versions of Whatever, took the case into a whole new level & the never ending same old same old False information continues with many making up New false information for the titillation factor. Years down the track James Kolar was in the office of the DA, Mary Lacy, for a very short time & was Fired. He also ran off to write His book of BS & blamed Burke because he needed new fodder. Like Steve Thomas, Kolar had Never worked a murder case either. His ‘Story’ was so ludicrous, no publisher would touch it. He had to pay to self-publish & to very poor sales. He was & still is, just Another con artist & Proven Liar. Then CBS heard the sound of Kerching & that Bogus ‘show’ was aired in 2016, predominately blaming Burke & that’s why Kolar was on there like a Snake in the grass.

The next Commander in charge by the name of Mark Beckner, was put in place in December 1997. He eventually found some integrity & publicly stated in 2015, words to the effect - “when the owner of the DNA is found, there’s your killer”.
