I really do admire how you are coming from a positive abundance mindset. So much crying and negativity in this industry.

I agree 100%. It’s all about saving and not spending crazy as in truck stops. I have 2008 Mazda. Paid for

    Hi Tyler,
    Good thoughts!
Got my CDL in 2018, also, and started with CRCR right out of school. Good company!
I’m now in Lincoln in process of purchasing the truck I’ve driven since it was new. The shop is
getting it all prepped and ready to go……they’ve repaired hail damage, done maint., and coincidently, had to replace the water pump (I know you can relate, LOL)
So, I guess we’ll see how things go from here. If you spot truck 4906, come on over and say hello!
BTW, I was a general contractor/ carpenter for almost 40 yrs before this and am only this truck away from retiring……when this one is worn out, I will be, too..😊

Truck drivers are a tool to make money for someone else. When a driver is treated like a person with integrity: the employer will treat you like a partner to succeed

12:22 that is so true it’s all about mindset mindset mindset you could give someone $1 million and they will still find some way to go poor if they have a poor mindset.

Thank you for this encouraging video. I must ask, are you at all concerned with how fast A.I. is moving? Do you think it will be a major threat to the trucking industry soon? Will starting now be worth the risk?

Agreed with 99% of everything you said , except the not caring about who wins this election is crazy 😂, the game of power is constantly being played around us and directly affect your business.

It was vaguely better before 2020 because nobody wanted to drive a truck.. vaguely.. Now they will just casually fire even on time drivers who've been there years, or give them layover till they quit when they say no to sketchy BS
