You hit so many good points. So many guys come into this industry with no plan. I came into OTR trucking 6 months ago. I’m 29 and single. I’ve been paying off my debt as quickly as possible. I’m driving flatbed and stepdeck currently and love it. Once I hit two years experience, I’m going to begin applying to tanker companies. My goal is to become a local tanker driver eventually.

I don’t plan on retiring from trucking but I am considering driving again over the road. So does crete do company lease how much they charge per week for truck payments ?
I see why you make people mad. All these truck drivers saying it’s impossible or too hard. Well they’re doing something wrong clearly or aren’t cut out for this financially.

I just want some thing of a career now or at least a stable job....so im looking into getting my CDL but im not financially good for going through with it. Do you think you'd be able to help in anyway. Would you truly recomend trucking as a way to start making money.
I suggest to be more creative. I believe we've seen enough of the same type of content. Earnings, lanes, avg miles, differences between Crete o/o dispatch and Crete company driver dispatch, shop etc

He literally said he went to a company who paid for the cdl training… find a company that’ll pay for it
