Right?!! 🤪 I have to live +300 years 🤣 I'm so happy that I've started to use some of my liquid lipsticks as cream blush, so in that way I expect to use up 3 or 4 of them this year 😄

I guess there will be a HUGE year for empties coming at some point if you use all things in your collection somewhat regularly 😅 In the past when I had pretty much only one or two max of everything I used 4 foundations, 4 lipsticks, 2-3 lippencils, 4 mascaras and so on every year 😊
I love these! Your inventory tracking inspired me to start my own in 2019. (I feel like I started in 2018, but I can't find the file.) Thanks to being aware of what I actually have, my collection has been a reasonable size (for me) for a few years now, and I'm able to finish almost everything before it turns. (Not counting eyeshadow - anyone with more than three palettes can't really attain that!)
I love these videos! They are so interesting and insightful. This is the first year I started keeping track of my empties just to be self aware and it is incredibly eye opening. It has definitely helped me curb purchases which my wallet has greatly appreciated!

Wow this is really interesting! Thanks for sharing. My lip products always go bad before I use them all up. I definitely have an abundance but I've noticed that I collect the color Cosmetics to enjoy the variety and matching to my outfits. Versus face products where I usually only have two at a time that I'm focused on emptying. The only lip products I actually empty are lip glosses. I'm mascara obsessed and I have no self-control with them. I just have to open the ones that I have in my collection, even if there are five at a time. Don't ask me why LOL
I use up 4-5 mascaras per year, really change every 3-4 months, don’t want to get any infections 😊 also I can finish one foundation, 1 concealer.. but blushes, eyeshadows, powders are really hard to finish
given the varying sizes of products, maybe noting down the ounces or grams of products might be telling of the average amount of product you are using year to year!
It would be helpful but unfortunately I don’t think I can get all that info from the products finished 5-6 years ago 😅 so the average number of products is good enough for me lol
Oh and my Charlotte Tilbury bronzer had a pan that size over a year ago and its still going, and I use it every single day! So I think you will have that for at least 2 years!!

So funny because I will use at least 2 full size foundations, and 3-4 concealers a year. But it takes me 1.5years to use a mini loose powder. X

I have used that milani cream blush a loooot and I don't seem to be getting any closer to the pan. Sorceries.
I think you have a lot of lipstick that ate close to be done. I use like 3-4 a year and I'm not an avid lipstick user.
