What do you think of Adrian's wetland feature?
It`s pretty incredible, can`t wait to see future updates
Amazing!!
still hard to visualise the project. will there be a last part presenting all the parts of the project?
😅
How big was the Earthen Pond?
Thank you for helping with uncle bens pond
Im getting "we are creating a cult compound" vibes after the church idea. lol
what an incredible job!! you guys are so inspiring as well, thank you for helping uncle ben and being great people!! :))
Thank you for helping Uncle Ben incorporate natural vegetation and water features onto the Urban Rescue Branch Farm.
Thanks for the amazing Pond over at the Urban Rescue Ranch Wowie 😻
That was very based of you to help with uncle farmer dad Ben’s pond. Certified epic
👨🌾 Uncle farmer dad ben sent me here. Thank you for your work.
Its beautiful. I love seeing integration with natural ponds. The total man made projects look great but this one is extra special. One of these once I finally win the lottery I'd love to build a wetland filter and waterfall as part of our current almost acre pond! Great videos and even better work. I love it
What an incredible project and vision from both Ed and Adrian! There is so much education in this video, I'll need to watch it again. I absolutely love the mission of Earth Speed. Wow. It's so amazing to see and understand what that piece of land will turn out to become. So funny to see how Adrian is completely opposite of the role he played on Entourage!
Thanks prof for your help.
The concept of' 'Kintsugi' has captured my imagination. Making something broken, or making someone broken, whole again, is actually a life philosophy. It would change one's entire perspective of the hurts that we experience in Earth Life . . . and what to do about our hurts. I would absolutely shop at a Kintsugi Store.
have mad respect for Adrian Grenier and you!! love that mindset save the land !!
I want this, I love the sound of flowing water across rocks.
i cant be the only one getting the vibe that this adrian guy is secretly trying to build a cult lol
Especially after the segment when he mentioned eventually building a church on top of the hill. 😵💫😵💫😵💫
Good vibes from this Kapybara appreciator! ❤👋
Well done Adrian, love the vision for the land and Ed, thanks for sharing your passion and wisdom
🤣🤣🤣 I'm homeless and and as I was watching this, I was thinking, I want to live there and I will make all the pottery things they need, such as cups, bowls vessels for liquid and that was before I saw the broken pottery connection.
I had to laugh and write a comment. 🤣 Funny how spiritual energy works.
Well back to the video. Have a blessed day. ☺️
Edit: the filtration system reminded me of my salt water tanks i used to have.
Love it!
&
Yes,
Very similar filtration methods
this is amazing! Probably over a million dollar project, but who's counting? Can't wait to see what it looks like all planted and beautiful!
Wow. So beautiful, love their mission.
Loved being a part of this project!
Ed, you and Adrian are two peas in a pod! Love the vision both of you have for Mother Earth.
This was such a fun project! Loved the results! Adrian, enjoy this amazing water feature!
You guys did a good job at the urban rescue ranch. Heres your algorithmic bump and sub
Sounds like the start of one of those cults lol
That's how every culture starts, farming/permaculture is ancient.
@@mycool8980 Just saying, it’s not that different to how Jonestown started.. 👀
Yup indeed
exactly
Thank you for helping with uncle bens pond! It looks amazing
Thanks for sharing Ed
I can’t wait to see the finishing of this project I’m sure it’s gonna be amazing
I would have enjoyed science more when I was in school back in the days if you was my teacher Ed 😂🥰
Awesome project, we need more permaculture applications for big, refined aquasqape builds.
I am surprised that it wasn't left to settle in before the fish delivery. I guess with the established ponds, you can cut some corners because it's already inoculated with all the bacteria & and microorganisms.
Even so, I'm surprised Adrian didn't use this chance for observation, it foundational to Permaculture and the aquascape method of pond building.
Another job well done. Thanks for sharing
WOW I see the Ideas behind this so great that someone do this for real so amazing.
Just awesome!!!!!
Did they put frogs in there too. I think frogs are a good indicator of the health of the environment.
Bluegill, bass and frogs all go together in my childhood. ☺️
Frogs are great indications of a healthy ecosystem!
@@EdThePondProfessor 🤣 we use to have frog legs, bluegill, bass and pickerel for dinner after a day of fishing and exploring.
Fun days at the big pond just out of town. Couple of 11 year old kids camping 🏕️ 3 nights by ourselves under the stars.
Thanks for what you do.
🤣 The rabbit hole started for me watching your Shaq video yesterday. ☺️
This could be the perfect client of an aquaponic garden.
Hope u future proofed the spring/runoff Regen zone so it can double as a pump vault, it's basically just a settler filter so a good place to start
Blessed are we that plant a fruit tree for all to eat positive mindset Hawaiian lifestyle
Is that you Vinnie Chase!
Excellent!!!
Really Impressive ❤
good, because I wont be able to sleep before you explain how this system works lol
Big cult energy 🤣🤣👍
Hints if Jim Jones
Pretty cool
That a amazing pond epic❤😂
How difficult was the permitting process? I ask because I have a friend in Austin with a similar property.
food source for the fam. Only cost 100 grand. You go girl.
W
Looks like Vincent Chase ended up marrying the vegan chick.
Epic
Can i use all limestone rock in my intake bay?
Yes
bro starting a cult lowkey lol jk
💯🔥💙👍
Fish Braai ?
Well 4:10
I appreciate the passion
But that’s a lot of resource, time and money for very little impact that is being made on the property and in general.
This was the worst series of pond building videos I have ever watched.
Ikr There's two massive ponds that could have been upgraded. Why build an aquascape pond next to it?
@@prettywitty9051 Are you sure you actually watched and paid attention? Upgrading the current ponds on the land is exactly what was going on and why Ed was called in. Those two ponds you are referring to are not ponds, they're wetlands for filtration. The water is being pumped from the massive ponds up to the wetland to be filtered and pumped back into the massive pond.
Perhaps you're watching the wrong channel then. This series is a perfect example of what Ed the Pond Professor's channel is all about. Sure, he builds ponds, but the focus is more on science, biology, and filtration. The series was about upgrading the massive ponds by adding two large wetland filters to clean the dirty water. The water is pumped from the massive ponds up through the wetlands, gets filtered, and then falls back into the pond.
🤔how exactly is this going to be a pond for a sustainable food source. This is so dang tiny. Should of just put some goldfish in it and a bigger and much deeper pond for the food fish. This is just something pretty t9 look at and entertain children with.
Maybe you should look at the overhead shots again, and also see where they released thee fish.Hint: there's more water on the property than the pond they built. And you can see where they released the fish in the video, maybe you can spot it? Who knows.
Ok another hint, what you referred to as ponds are not ponds, they are wetland filters.
@@Qyngali none of that is of any relevance. None of that has anything to do with that small ass pond. The other pond can be for food and the small pond which is unsuitable for game fish and get a few goldfish.
Side note keep that passive aggressive shit to yourself.
@@edwardsdeacon what you call a pond is NOT A POND. That is the filter for the ponds lol. I don't know why I bother...
Aquaman getting his pond cleaned heck yeah
bro has a cult...
