How much importance should be given to prakriti analysis during the treatment. especially, during online consultation. The patient for sure talks more about symptoms related to vikruti, and when it comes to chronic conditions, the patient for sure won't remember/mention how he/she was 6-12 months back (Even i had forgotten how i used to be, after 2 years of painful struggle). So, under these conditions don't you think Nadi pariksha and personal consultation could really help both doctor and patient. Based on my personal experience and what I have seen around me, I can say that too tense minds can't detail their symptoms properly even during the physical consultation.
