I dont think Death Battle will shut down just yet. Remember that they were their own thing for a long while, they could realistically continue going but we’ll see
It will continue only if someone buys the IP(if it's even getting sold in the first place) and employs the entire DB crew. Even if that happens, it's gonna take a long time to relaunch.

@bitviper3430 Warner Bros shut down Rooster Teeth who own Death Battle. So potentially the show may be shut down, or they may get bought by someone, or they manage to continue it independently.
@@bitviper3430 Their parent company, Rooster teeth, got shut down by Warner brothers, so DB basically lost their primary source of income and also the rights to death battle too. But if Ben and Chad can buy it back, or death battle gets sold to another company, then it can continue, albeit with slightly worse quality, especially if they decide to just go independent.

That person voicing Po sounds basically indistinguishable from the real Jack Black. And perfect timing with the new movie.
Well, Deathbattle has been reuploading the fights of past episodes for the past few months, with many of them being uploaded around the same time as one of the characters or franchises being relevant (whether if it's for a new movie, game, show, etc). They're doing it intentionally so they can get the extra views from the franchise being relevant (in this case, they uploaded this one cuz of the new Kung Fu Panda movie). Which is pretty smart and especially good with how Roosterteeth is shutting down, so Deathbattle currently doesn't have the money to make full on new episodes

@geomania8533 Deathbattle specifically isn't gonna be over, or at least it'll be very unlikely. DB has been one of RT's most profitable series in the past few years anyways, so they'll most likely continue by finding another company to get a contract with (plz be with Lowbrow) or go independent on RUclips (although this greatly affects how large their budget can be). I just think it'll take a few months or even a year until they get things figured out. But it has a very great chance of continuing. It'll just take some time

It just goes to show, they're both Dragon Warriors, but Po is THE Dragon Warrior. This is one of my all time favorites. Whoever voiced Po did a near perfect Jack Black impression.

Death Battle more than likely isn’t getting shut down, but will definitely have a smaller budget than what’ve been getting.
I mean, not even too much smaller of a budget. They got more of their funding from their direct sponsors than they did from RT itself. I believe I recall them saying as much during a cast stream.
Not to mention there is also the possibility that another company picks them up, it’s a pretty popular shows after all

This fight is legit AWESOMENESS. The choreography fits both character’s fighting styles expertly, Po’s sprites look amazing, the voice acting is fantastic, the Wushi Finger Hold scene is one of my favorite jokes in the series, the hand drawn elements during the final act look incredible, and the music track captures the spirit of a Kung Fu Panda movie perfectly. While it seems like Po gets most of the spotlight, Iron Fist still gets his time to shine with some fun banter and also landing the most impactful hit of the fight. The only small issue I have with this fight is the Death, but even then, it still doesn’t drag down too hard what is otherwise one of my favorite sprite fights the show has ever done. Splinter vs Shifu when?

this was honestly one of the fights that should’ve not resulted in death. they were both masters of kungfu who were into eachother’s style

I thought this episode was oddly quaint. They didn’t hate each other for whatever reason, and Iron Fist being a comic character we all those don’t stay dead. It was cery nice
Notice that Po's bamboo has leaves, showing that he is quite literally still growing despite how strong he ALREADY is. While Iron Fist bamboo is lacking of any growth meaning he's reached his peak.

I like how accurate they made this fight involving Po. The dialogues, fighting style, strategies, comedy situations like the Wuxi finger hold, all very precise and accurate to interpret the kung fu panda universe.

1. It was kinda a missed opportunity to gave Po in his Dragon Warrior garb when he fought against Kai in Kung Fu Panda 3
2. It weirds me out that you cut out the line of Po saying he was gonna tell Shifu about his fight against Iron Fist
3. I was miffed Po one against Iron Fist, but I eventually got over it. I'm glad Po won. He's my favorite Kung Fu Panda character

What thing I never understood about Death Battle was the fact that someone always has to die at the end. I know it’s end the name, but common man.
It feels rather jarring to go from the bloodiest fight in the series to a fight with absolutely no blood at all.
