My pulaar and english levels are very low but I try to translate and explain the song.
This song is in pulaar language (Fuuta, North of Senegal). Baaba Maal is calling the name of the ancestor Sidi (son of) Gañsiri (mother) and grandson of Demba (grandfather) from the tooroodo leading class (the noble) and the whole country (saare) to inform them about the passing away of a great person -one of them. Ñiiwa (Elephant), Ngaari (Bull) or Mbaroodi (Lion) is used to name those great persons. “Saa” is used to insist when you want someone to listen to or hear what you are saying. It's like "don't you hear?" Sappo ma ndokku ma mbaajotaa ko ma means you, whom ten (fingers) give and will never tell you «Enough! I am tired of giving you». It’s a Haalpulaar saying globally meanning you who are living decently with the product of your own work and who don't count on others.

Black Panther was amazing on many levels, but one of the standout reasons was it's soundtrack.
The last time I was this impressed by a movie's score was The Lord of the Rings.
Much of the credit belongs to Baaba Maal, both as singer on the tracks and as advisor to the composers. His own compositions and performances are available on RUclips, though a complete view of his long and brilliant career comes only through his large discography. Seeing him in person is a transformative event!
Do you mean Soundtrack or Score, or maybe you mean both? They are wholly independent albums though they did at times intertwine throughout the narrative of the movie.

The sounds and rythms of the African mix are sooo amazing, beautiful and Marvel did it great on this movie to fit the character and story of this comic. I just read that Chadwick Boseman passed away from Stage IV colon cancer at age 43. This is indeed a tragic loss for us all. In this time of unrest, we must remember to always respect and promote equality for our neighbors of all races and remember all those who've suffered in their quest to make the world a better place for us all. Black Panther is indeed a film that speaks to this idea and as T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman) declares to the UN, "we must find a way to look after one another, as if we were one single tribe." R.I.P. I can honestly say the hype for this film and the hype from the people especially the black community was the sweetest most awesome and incredible thing I have ever witnessed. This movie was my life up until Infiniti War came out and it's still in my top 5 favourite movies!
Even though I have black relatives I never understood the concept of feeling left out when going to the movies up until Black Panther was released. I realized that this movie was more than just a badass superhero film and that it's message, what it stood for amd being a film predominantly black from front to back had maybe biggest impact on people since Star Wars. Of course this is different because it's not just for genre or comic fans but for the community that's been missing out for far too long. This movie opened my mind and eyes and I couldn't tell you how happy I am for the energy and hope it brought around the world.
