I was thinking about running 2 of these from a mixer for a live band. Mostly bars (small to medium sized) or small outdoor events. Band is going to be mostly rock, southern rock, maybe some pop tunes tossed in to play around with... Reviews seem to be pretty polarized on these... Was comparing these to getting a single 18 PRX sub and 2 12 or 15 PRX tops. The PRX Ones would be a good bit less expensive, but figured they would be a good start and something we could do some DJing on the side...
The biggest con is the length it takes for it to make a sound. The second con is no bluetooth button. The third con is failure to pair with android phones. Big, expensive and heavy which is good but probably the slowest speaker jbl has made.
They really not meant for big rooms if the capacity of a room exceeds 150 these should not be really used unless it’s a small crowd or it’s just background music
You said you bypass the eq on the speaker how do you do that i have a set of these

Hi. Where do you plug the XLR cable from external mixer to PRX ONE?
You can in any channel. I normally use channel 1
Thank for sharing I own one of this I can't never use the internal mixer or the app
