This is very interesting. I have been visiting NC between Raleigh & Charlotte. I love Charlotte I have so many questions. I can definitely meet the requirements but I wonder how getting a mortgage in a new state relocating leaving my old life and job I been working for many years. I’m sure I would need to come down rent, then work a job steadily before applying for a mortgage. That is the only hiccup I have most mortgage companies want to make sure you have a job and been on the job for 2 years or more.
If you get a job in the same profession you don’t have to be at that specific employer for 2 years. I have a professional license. I moved to a new state and got a new job in the same profession. The bank gave me no problem about getting a loan
With all that said can you please share is her mortgage affordable? Is she willing to share how much she pays a month because that is a concern. Thank you!

Yes, my mortgage is affordable for me, I honestly would not have went thru the program if I couldn't afford it. The interest rate is not jacked up, it's based off the market. My payment is $2300. I have a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse.
