We Moved here from Indiana in late 1999. We love the weather and close proximity to the lakes, beach, mountains along with city amenities and southern charm. I’m originally from Michigan and hubby is from Alabama. ❤Queen City
I love living by the lake. Yes, we have many water bugs but I love it! Huntersville has been great to me, I did like living in South Park but it's nothing like this side of town. I've been over here for 7 years now and it is hard to leave especially only being 15-20 minutes from charlotte. I love charlotte because it is clean, other places I've been be dirty to me hahaha
Thanks for the suggestions Sir Ashley! As you know, we moved to Charlotte almost a year ago and we love it because it is similar to Atlanta/metro-Atlanta without all the traffic and congestion. Any traffic I experience now is relative to Atlanta and I realize it isn't that bad. We have been fortunate to experience many of the things you touched on but still have so much to look forward to. As you mentioned, the food scene is amazing and there are some great breweries, distilleries and wineries. We love the greenways and parks and love the National White Water Center for both the activities and River Jam during the summer. Soccer is a thing in our family and we enjoyed seeing a Charlotte FC game in person. We enjoy Optimist Hall as it reminds us of similar restaurant/retail halls in Atlanta. The Quarry at Carrigan Farms is a nice swim spot during the hot summers and definitely worth the drive. Charlotte is such a diverse city and has so much to offer. Looking forward to checking out some of your suggestions and continuing our exploration of the new city we call home.
Great content Sir. Clt is awesome and I love it here. Before moving to the area, I did some training in Seattle, WA and I Loved the different cultures. Clt has some similarities of Seattle and it's getting better as development continues. Would you by any chance Know with the new development is going to be in Bewerick?
