    Hey Mitch! I am so excited that you guys finally have this for floors. I did my counters in November and called in to ask about flooring and was told it couldn't be done over wood which led me to looking at other companies.. however I am already so used to working with stone coat I didn't want to change and learn another system just yet..Sooo this is awesome. I would be doing it over my home floor in a mobile home which is osb..

    First, I appreciate this tutorial. I am in the Northern VA area and was quoted $2500 to do polyurea with polyaspartic top coat with flake, limited lifetime warranty and one day install. This is for a two car garage, 480sf, which is about 8yo with minimal floor repair required. For the cost of my time and lack of friends that are willing to do volunteer work, it is much easier (time of frustration is a cost too) and more cost-effective to choose to pay a pro to do the work esp with lifetime warranty!

    • @joshuatrott193

      $2,500 isn’t a bad price for 480SF. Here in Florida most companies I’ve ran into were $7.50-$10 SF. Same limited lifetime warranty. Doesn’t cover moisture so make sure they test moisture level in the slab.

    • @alexlabs4858
      @alexlabs4858 19 дней назад

      That’s pretty darn good for a 2 car. You’d almost break even if you factor in your own time to install the floor plus the materials. You got a pretty good deal!

    Hi Mitch! I'd love a video on how to maintain pre-existing flake epoxy flooring; my work has this type of flooring, it's blatantly being wet with chlorine water, and it's looking really rough in high-traffic areas. Maintenance power washes it before big swim meets or events, but that only makes it look nice again until people walk all over it again. Any advice would be appreciated!

    Beautiful job. Can you do the paint, no flakes, and the final epoxi.

    Hey Mitch! Awesome video! I purchased your product online to do my own garage! Question: is it necessary for me to sand down my garage if my house is a new built this month? And since I live in the PNW, will the drop of temperature this fall affect my project? Thanks so much!

    Hey, Mitch! Great video! Is it possible to use this epoxy inside the house over ceramic tiles with the medium flake coating to give it a terrazzo look?

    Hey Mitch, First time checking out one of your videos. Great work and thanks for all the information! I just signed the lease on a new location and will be ripping up some carpet (that's been there for decades) and expose some concrete. I'm thinking epoxy coating is the way to go. How quickly would I be able to get a kit to Reno NV?
