I honestly haven’t weighed myself in months and I’m not sure what my starting weight was in the beginning of changing my diet. The way I’ve been monitoring my weight loss is through how my clothes are fitting. I’ve seemed to have lost a little weight so far. The minimum amount of calories I will consume in a day would be 2200. It all depends on my energy output that day but I generally try not to go below that.
